Speed control of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)for electric vehicles requires obtaining accurate feedback signals from the motor rotor.The sensors that detect the information of the drive motor rotor are easy to fail under complex conditions,which is not conducive to the safe driving of the vehicle.In this paper,a PMSM full speed senseless vector control strategy was designed to achieve accurate and reliable operation of the motor.(1)A fractional-order synergetic speed controller method based on vector control was proposed to improve the speed control performance of PMSM.In which a synergetic torque observer was designed to estimate the torque and provide stable and accurate torque input to the fractional-order synergetic speed controller.Simulation results show that the proposed method has rapid speed response,accurate torque estimation,and high robustness,which further improves the performance on the basis of the synergetic speed controller.(2)A medium-and high-speed sensorless control method with a synergetic speed observer was proposed,and a PLL(phase-locked loop)was used to estimate the rotor signal.Simulation results show that the proposed method is more accurate than the sliding mode observer in estimating rotor information and has no output chattering problem.The proposed method has strong robustness.Pulsed high-frequency voltage injection was used as a zerolow-speed senseless control method for the motor.The cube of the high-frequency current was used as the signal carrier to improve the signal demodulation process.Simulation results show that the improved pulsed high-frequency voltage injection provides higher accuracy in the observation of rotor information.(3)PMSM full speed senseless vector control by simulation is utilized.The MATLAB simulation results show that the designed control strategy can respond quickly and robustly,and can accurately estimate the rotor signal of the motor without chattering of the output signal.
