Neutral Beam Injection(NBI)is one of the major auxiliary heating and current drive methods for the magnetic fusion confinement devices.NBI has the advantages of significant heating effect,high current drive efficiency,and clear physical mechanism.Therefore,NBI is inevitable for the high-parameter operation and the reactor-like physics research in the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak(EAST).As a key subsystem of NBI system,the NBI control system(NBICS)is the guarantee of the safe and stable operation of the whole system.It provides the essential functions for the other subsystems in terms of operation control,status supervision,data acquisition and processing,fault alarm,and interlock protection.This article is basically under the general framework of EAST-NBICS.This article mainly studies the remote control and status supervision for the local computers,network switch,UPS power supply and interface crates.The major works are following:(1)A Device Management Software(DMS)has been developed for the EASTNBICS.The DMS solved the problem of the remote control and status supervision for several types of equipment,which includes the local computers,network switch,UPS power supply,and interface crates.Hence,the centralized and real-time supervisory and control was realized for the key equipment of EAST-NBI system.(2)A client software for the supervisory and control of equipment has been developed for the EAST-NBICS.It can provide the functions of remote boot,remote shutdown,and status supervision for the local computer.Thus,the EAST-NBICS attains the function of remote management.(3)The local control modules for equipment management have been developed for EAST-NBICS.Through the circuit design of embedded controller,the local control modules can realize the status supervision and distribution management for the interface crates.Through the circuit design of network communication hardware,the network communication to the upper computer of DMS can be achieved.Finally,the interface crates of EAST-NBICS are also brought into centralized management.The research results of this article have been successfully applied to the EAST-NBI routine operation.The logical functions of the software and hardware were validated,and their stability and reliability were also verified in the operation. |
