In case of power grid line fault trip,the dispatcher needs to consider the emergency of power supply restoration and the possible risk after closing the switch,and make a decision between quick closing the switch to restore power supply as soon as possible and waiting for the on-site personnel to fully investigate the fault before power transmission.The existing decision-making method of power restoration is mainly manual,which requires dispatchers to confirm the topology of power supply lines,the location of power plants and stations,live working on the day and other relevant data,and then make a comprehensive judgment.It mainly depends on the personal ability and experience of decision-makers,which has shortcomings in reliability and timeliness.In this study,we design and construct a reply knowledge map including reply rules and related entities,and design a set of reply decision-making assistant technology scheme by using reply knowledge map.Then,based on this scheme,a decision-making assistant system is developed to help dispatchers shorten the decision-making time and improve the decision-making efficiency while ensuring the reliability of decision-making.The main work and contributions of this paper are as follows:1.A pattern and its construction method of reply message knowledge map are designed.Firstly,according to the power grid fault rules,the text description of the restoration process is extracted and processed,and the restoration rules are constructed.Then,according to the structure characteristics of power documents such as line information table and daily live working table,the corresponding templates are designed,and the related entities are extracted from more than ten kinds of multi-source heterogeneous documents by template matching.Finally,the reply rules and related entities construct the reply knowledge map,which provides the basis for the subsequent reply decision support.2.The technical scheme and related algorithm of using the knowledge atlas of reply to assist reply to decision are designed.It includes two parts: 1)aiming at the power grid fault rules: the paper designs the rule transformation algorithm of the atlas,which automatically rewrites the rules in the knowledge atlas of power restoration into the production rule statements,and then uses the rule reasoning engine to carry out the power restoration reasoning,and gets the power restoration suggestions.So that the decision-making logic of power recovery can be decoupled and written into the power recovery knowledge map.2)For historical faults: a fault similarity algorithm is designed,which uses the location information of the fault line to calculate the K historical faults with the highest similarity to the current fault,and as a reference to supplement the reasoning results of power restoration,so as to better meet the actual decision requirements of power restoration.3.Based on the above technical scheme,a prototype of decision-making assistant system is designed and implemented.
