Power transmission equipment is the largest and most complex organizational structure in power system.It is susceptible to accidents caused by harsh natural conditions due to long-term exposure to external environment.The risk situation of the power grid danger zone is taken as the research object,with the division method of the power transmission equipment danger zone,the early warning model of risk events in the danger zone and an auxiliary assistant decision system based on the visual operation platform are proposed in this paper.The research content can provide decision support to gain insight into the risk situation of danger zone and improve the ability for disaster prevention and mitigation.Firstly,a division method of the power transmission equipment danger zone is proposed.The generation mechanism and prevention measures of transmission line galloping and tower inclination which often occur in the daily operation of power transmission equipment are studied.The definition of power grid danger zone is conducted,and a set of division method for power grid danger zone based on risk assessment theory is proposed.According to the comprehensive risk value,four risk levels of danger zone are divided to provide a basis for gaining insight into the danger zone and grasping the distribution of regional risk.Secondly,an early warning method of risk events in the danger zone is proposed.Aiming at the early warning of galloping transmission line and tower inclination,an early warning model based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process method is presented to satisfy the need.The impact indicators are screened to construct a set of judgment factors according to the cause of the accident and the early warning levels are set according to the magnitude of the risk value to construct the judgment targets.The subjective and objective methods are selected to calculate the comprehensive weights and the variable weight theory is used to optimize the weights.The early warning level is published in accordance with the result of comprehensive evaluation to provide guidance for perceiving risk events and preparing for disaster prevention.Finally,a set of risk early warning and assistant decision system for the danger zone of power grid is developed.Based on the secondary development technology of Arc GIS Engine and the development technology of the.NET platform,a set of risk early warning and assistant decision system is developed.The Arc GIS Engine 10.2 components is embedded in Visual Studio 2017 which is a visual integrated development environment,and C# language is adopted for system development.The assistant decision system provides a visual human-computer interaction operation interface,which achieves the functions of risk situation analysis in the danger zone,visual early warning of risk events in danger area,data statistical analysis and so on to provide practical tools for ensuring the safe operation of power transmission equipment.
