| Permanent magnet synchronous linear motor(PMLSM)has the advantages of high power density,high efficiency,simple structure and low cost,and has been widely used in various fields such as industrial production,transportation and logistics,military facilities and civil electrical appliances.In this paper,the application of Model Predictive Control(MPC)in PMSM drive Control system is discussed,and the simulation and experimental study of vector Control and MPC of PMSM are completed.The introduction introduces the development and application of linear motor,introduces the research status of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor drive control,and expounds the advantages and disadvantages of several control algorithms.The research status of model predictive control(MPC)applied to motor drive control is also introduced.Then the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor is deduced from which basic structure and working principle.The related concepts of space vector and the principle and implementation of space vector pulse width modulation are also described in detail.And the simulation model is built to obtain a simulation verification.Secondly,the principle of Model Predictive Control(MPC)is explained,the realization method of MPC is deduced,and the closed-loop system performance of MPC is analyzed.Based on this method,the model predictive controllers of position loop,velocity loop and current loop of PMSM are designed.The feasibility of the model predictive control is verified by simulation,and the superiority of the model predictive control is verified by comparing with the traditional PI control.The influence of each parameter on its control performance is also analyzed.Aiming at the problem of periodic disturbance suppression,a control strategy combining resonance control with model predictive control is proposed,and its effect on periodic disturbance suppression is verified by simulation.Thirdly,the reason of current loop time delay in permanent magnet synchronous linear motor control system is explained.In order to improve the control performance of the current loop,the deadbeat current predictive control strategy is proposed.A robust current predictive control strategy is proposed to improve the robustness of the parameters.Finally,based on TMS320F28335 chip and PS21865 IPM module,the hardware part of the PMLSM drive control experiment platform is designed,and the control program and algorithm are written in CCSV7.0 environment.The feasibility of the above algorithms is verified by experiments based on the platform and the experimental results are analyzed. |
