| The substation inspection robot is a systematic research product integrating navigation technology,image recognition technology,Internet of Things technology and multi-sensor fusion technology.It can independently and independently perform various autonomous,routine and special items on various instrumentation meters in the substation.As well as comprehensive inspection methods,the overall operation and maintenance cost of the substation is reduced to a certain extent,and the overall intelligent level of the substation is improved,which meets the needs of the national intelligent innovation direction.Therefore,a substation inspection based on image recognition is designed.The robot system is very important.This paper designs a patrol robot instrument identification system based on image recognition related technology.The main research contents of the thesis are:(1)Analyze and study related technologies involved in the field of image recognition of substation inspection robots;(2)Through the demand analysis of the substation inspection robot system,the design of the overall scheme and the design of the centralized control system scheme,the overall scheme of the system is determined;(3)The hardware design and software interface design of the substation inspection robot system have improved the performance of human-computer interaction;(4)Detailed logic design of the software part of the inspection robot system,and elaborate the workflow of each module;(5)Through the experimental analysis of 217 instrument positioning and identification inspection,the substation inspection robot system designed in this paper has certain advantages in instrument positioning matching and instrument pointer recognition efficiency.It is found by experimental research that the substation inspection robot instrument identification system designed and implemented based on image recognition related technology has certain feasibility ability. |
