Abstract/Summary:
The condition of Chinese railway ballasted track subgrade is very serious,which seriously affects safe operation.However,the traditional treatment technology of roadbed diseases had been used until now,and it had gradually exposed shortcomings such as the need to excavate the track bed,the closed line,the difficult construction work,and the poor durability of the line after the remediation.It is urgent to develop new roadbed disease remediation technologies and corresponding construction technology to overcome the above technical defects.In this context,electrochemistry had gradually attracted attention to its advantages such as convenient construction,no need to close the line,no impact on line operation,and low processing cost.The article focused on the treatment of railway ballasted track subgrade diseases as the research object.Starting from the analysis of the mechanism of electrochemical reinforcement with soil,it proposed a method of railway subgrade reinforcement with electrochemical drainage reinforcement combined with mechanical grouting closed filling and additional plastic blind ditch.Then based on the field application,the article designed an indoor test to study the reinforcement effect and implementation plans for the above remediation method.Finally,combined with on-site application feedback,it formed a complete set of new technology for the treatment of railway ballasted track subgrade defects.The main work and research results of the paper are as follows:(1)Through the indoor mechanism test,the article used the controlled variable method to analyze the influence of the energization method and the amount of chemical grout injection on the strength,permeability and electrical energy consumption of the soil.Finally,the optimal design parameters of the electrochemical drainage reinforcement plan were determined,and it was concluded that the intermittent energization method is better than the continuous energization and electrode reversal.At the same time,it was concluded that the mass fraction of calcium chloride slurry should be 26%,and when the amount of slurry injection is 0.5% of the volume of the soil to be treated,the soil sample reinforcement effect can be the best.(2)Through the indoor 1:1 model test,the article explored the feasible scheme of electrochemical drainage reinforcement technology to treat the railway ballasted track subgrade diseases.By analyzing the physical and mechanical properties,drainage rate and current changes of soil samples at typical locations,it was concluded that the distance between the electrode pairs in the longitudinal direction of the line should be 1.2m.And when the electrode pair is buried at a depth of 30 cm,it can effectively treat soils at a depth of at least 40 cm.In addition,it was estimated that the electrical energy consumption required to process 1m long roadbed by this technology can not exceed 120 k W·h.(3)In order to facilitate the on-site implementation of electrochemical drainage reinforcement technology,based on the design parameters obtained from experimental research,the article had developed a set of electrochemical drainage reinforcement automated construction equipment through mechanical design and program control.According to the feedback and improvement of the application,the performance of the automated equipment developed was perfect,which can facilitate the scientific research and construction needs of electrochemistry.(4)Due to solve the problems of roadbed drainage equipment damage,roadbed settlement and mud pumping,a new method of repairing railway ballasted track roadbed diseases with electrochemical drainage reinforcement combined with mechanical grouting closed filling and adding plastic blind ditches was proposed.In addition,combined with the improvement of the on-site application,a complete set of electrochemical treatment technology for railway ballasted track subgrade diseases had been formed.The research results of the article are expected to make up for the deficiencies of electrochemistry in the treatment of railway subgrade diseases,and provide a reference for the application of electrochemistry to the treatment of railway ballasted track subgrade diseases.
