With the rapid consumption of global energy,more and more countries begin to pay attention to resource conservation and environmental protection.Especially as the construction industry with the highest energy consumption,it has attracted the attention of various countries.After Germany first introduced the concept of passive housing,many countries began to introduce passive housing.The construction method of passive house is not limited by the type of building.It is not only an important opportunity to promote China’s building energy conservation work,but also has a very important significance for the development of China’s green buildings to study all aspects of the performance of passive house and advocate the new concept of passive house.The assembled integral foamed concrete shear wall of passive house studied in this paper combines the foamed concrete with high strength and high thermal insulation performance,green environmental protection and waste utilization of magnesium straw ecological board and polyurethane with superior thermal insulation performance,and is designed to meet the thermal insulation requirements of passive house.The prefabricated wall board is prefabricated in the factory and transported to the site for assembly,Post cast ring beam and constructional column.This kind of passive house assembly integral foam concrete shear wall system,applied to the village building structure,not only can effectively improve the bearing capacity of the structure,but also can use the waste straw made of ecological board,create economic benefits,greatly improve the energy efficiency of the village building.In this paper,the mechanical properties of three passive room foam concrete shear walls and one ordinary foam concrete shear wall are studied.The four shear walls were tested repeatedly in low cycle,and the data in the test were observed and recorded.The differences of mechanical properties between different shear walls were compared by analyzing the hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,ductility,stiffness degradation and energy dissipation performance of the wall.It is easy to produce cold and hot bridge between shear wall panels,ring beams and structural columns,and continuously spray polyurethane to form rigid polyurethane foam,effectively avoiding the problem of cold and hot bridges.Through the test and comparative analysis,when the reinforced concrete is used for the structural column of the passive building with integral foam concrete shear wall,the bearing capacity of the two-story buildings in the village and town can be met.When the material of the structural column is changed from foamed concrete to C30 concrete,the bearing capacity,rigidity,ductility and energy consumption performance of the wall are greatly improved.Compared with the ordinary foamed concrete shear wall,the bearing capacity and stiffness of the passive house are improved.Compared with the precast passive room foam concrete shear wall,the vertical reinforcement in the cast-in-place wall is connected with the reinforcement of the foundation beam,which has better mechanical performance.However,the construction efficiency of the cast-in-place foam concrete wall is low,and it does not conform to the trend of the development of construction industry.The mechanical properties of three passive room foam concrete shear walls and one ordinary foam concrete shear wall were simulated by ABAQUS finite element software.Through the concrete stress cloud chart,the reinforced stress cloud map,the ecological plate stress cloud map,the shear wall failure form can be clearly obtained.The results of numerical simulation are basically consistent with the experimental data,At the same time,the axial compression ratio of PFSW1,the reinforcement ratio of constructional column,ecological board and polyurethane were analyzed.Finally,the mechanical properties of the whole foam concrete shear wall are summarized,and the shortcomings of this study are put forward,which can provide reference for the research of the foam concrete shear wall in the passive room.
