With the rapid development of urbanization,China’s building stock will continue to grow further,and the proportion of energy used in construction to the total energy consumption of society will be further increased,so the energy saving and emission reduction in the construction field is facing a serious challenge.With the introduction and application of relevant technologies,the construction industry has started to adopt a more scientific and systematic approach to managing buildings and controlling building performance,paying more and more attention to sustainable development strategies such as green building technologies,energy-saving and low-carbon strategies.Performance control of buildings lacks systematic application practices in actual projects,architects lack knowledge in the field of performance control and cannot effectively cooperate with other parties,and there is still a disconnect between building design and operational performance control.There is an urgent need for a set of theories,technologies and methods for building performance control to effectively control and optimize building performance and provide reference and feedback for future building design.This paper proposes a design-evaluation method based on building performance optimization based on the design and post occupancy evaluation of the building.The performance objectives in the design phase can be realized effectively,and the results of the post occupancy evaluation can be further verified,fed back and optimized to form a "design-evaluation" process,and finally forms a cycle system of "design-evaluation-feedbackdesign".This paper selects the Nanjing Lishui Kongjia Village Service Center project as an example and applies the method to the project.The study shows that the design-evaluation method based on building performance optimization is feasible for practical operation and application,and can effectively control and improve building performance.The design-evaluation method based on building performance optimization takes building performance optimization as the goal and organically links the building design process and the operation and maintenance process through the verification and feedback of performance indicators,which enriches the research content of high-performance building design and post occupancy evaluation of buildings.This method not only promotes the comprehensive improvement of building performance,but also provides a basis for building design optimization and product development.
