Permanent magnet direct drive is the development direction of urban rail transit.It has the advantages of energy saving,environmental protection,strong curve passing ability,and strong curve adaptability.It has a wide range of application prospects in the increasingly tense urban traffic.As the core bearing component of permanent magnet direct drive vehicles,the performance of the bogie directly affects the overall reliability,stability and safety of the vehicle.Therefore,the research on permanent magnet direct drive bogies of subway vehicles carried out in this paper has practical engineering significance.This article introduces a subway bogie adopting permanent magnet motor technology.The permanent magnet direct drive motor used in the bogie directly drives the axles,saving the space of the gear box,effectively reducing the wheelbase,and reducing wear and improving the curve passing of the bogie.The advantages of capacity,reduction of transmission noise,improvement of transmission efficiency,etc.;using finite element method and simulation software to analyze the static strength and fatigue strength of the bogie frame,the results show that the maximum stress and fatigue limit of the frame meet the strength under various working conditions Relevant standard requirements;with the help of multi-body dynamics software,the dynamics calculation and verification of the type B metro vehicle equipped with the bogie are carried out.The results show that the safety,comfort,stability and other indicators of the vehicle meet the relevant standards under various working conditions.Requirements: The static strength and fatigue strength of the bogie frame are tested,and the results show that the frame has no yield deformation under various working conditions,and there is no crack after the fatigue test,which meets the requirements of relevant standards;the type B metro vehicle equipped with the bogie is tested Dynamic circuit test results show that the vehicle safety indicators(derailment coefficient,wheel load reduction rate and axle lateral force),comfort indicators,stability indicators and frame lateral vibration acceleration indicators all meet the requirements of relevant standards under various working conditions;A rolling vibration test was performed on the bogie,and the results showed that the permanent magnet motor and axle box bearings were normal in the durability fatigue test,the shell had no cracks,and the bogie had no abnormal phenomena under abnormal impact conditions,and the stress level at each measuring point in the test was fatigued.Under the limit and the temperature change is not large;compared with the traditional bogie,the permanent magnet direct-drive bogie has a smaller wheelbase,which is conducive to curve passing and wheel-rail wear.The elimination of couplings and gearboxes can improve transmission efficiency.Energy consumption is 20 %~30 %,pure traction energy consumption is 25 %~50 %,measured noise is reduced by 5.5 d B on average,and wheel/rail noise is reduced by about 1.5 d B.
