| Based on the engineering requirements of a certain type of bridge erection vehicle,the related issues in the erection process of a certain type of bridge erection vehicle in service is analyzed and studied.Firstly,in view of the vibration deformation of the bridge in the erection process of the bridge erecting truck,the vibration characteristics of the bridge are analyzed.The finite element model of the bridge is established,and then the finite element model is modified by modal test.And the bridge structure was modal analyzed on the basis of the revised finite element model.The weaknesses of the bridge structure were analyzed according to the change of mode shape,so as to provide suggestions for the optimization of the bridge structure.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the bridge pushing process of a certain type of bridge erection vehicle,the bridge is simplified to an axially moving cantilever beam system,and the dynamic model of the axially moving cantilever beam is established by using Lagrangian equation and assumed modal method.Based on the theoretical model of the mobile cantilever beam,the influence of the pushing speed on the vibration characteristics of the bridge is analyzed,which provides theoretical guidance for the actual bridge erection.Then,after considering the demand for active vibration control,a model predictive control algorithm was designed for a linear time-varying system such as an axially moving cantilever beam,the calculation logic of the model predictive control was designed in detail,and the effect of different predictive parameters on the actual control effect was analyzed.Finally,an erection simulation system is designed based on the purpose of job trajectory simulation.The erection simulation system adopts the modular design idea and is divided into multiple functional modules to realize in turn.MFC is used to build the erection simulation system framework,and Open GL technology is used to realize the function of model reconstruction and dynamic simulation of a certain type of bridge truck. |
