With the rising cost of production factors in manufacturing industry and the aggravation of global competition,manufacturing industry is facing enormous pressure.These factors that bring pressure to enterprises will continue for a long time.Intelligent manufacturing is oriented to manufacturing business process and integrates new generation communication technology and advanced manufacturing technology to plan and adjust production factors.The integrated solution of intelligent manufacturing has obvious advantages in reducing the production cost of manufacturing industry.Under the promotion of China’s manufacturing power strategy,all walks of life actively carry out intelligent manufacturing practice activities.Planning and building intelligent factory is an important means to realize intelligent manufacturing.Facility layout is an important part of intelligent factory planning,construction and application.Therefore,facility layout plays a very important role in the process of intelligent manufacturing.With the advantages of relatively low initial investment cost and high flexibility of material processing,Loop layout is widely used in reality.In the loop layout,the manufacturing cells are arranged along the material handling path,and forming a closed loop.In the corridor allocation problem,the facilities are arranged on both sides of the corridor.By determining the layout position of the facilities on both sides of the aisle,we can find the layout scheme that can minimize the total logistics cost.The circular corridor layout problem combines the characteristics of circular layout and corridor layout problem.Combined with the characteristics of circular layout and aisle layout,this paper establishes the mixed integer programming model of multi-path interactive circular annular corridor allocation problem,bidirectional annular corridor allocation problem,bidirectional multi-path interactive annular corridor allocation problem and closed-loop layout problem.The accurate solver is used to solve the model,which verifies the correctness of the annular corridor allocation model.Aiming at the circular aisle layout problem proposed in this paper,a hybrid whale algorithm is proposed to improve the efficiency of solving the problem.In order to improve the local search ability of the algorithm,Levy flight is introduced to improve the local search stage of the whale algorithm.The differential evolution algorithm is embedded into the bubble net foraging stage of the whale algorithm,and the tabu search mechanism is introduced to improve the global search performance.The results of 28 cases with different scales are compared with the results of the classical algorithm and the new algorithm,which verifies the superiority of the proposed hybrid whale algorithm in solving the annular corridor allocation problem.In addition,the hybrid whale algorithm is applied to solve nine closed-loop layout problems with different scales.The results show that the hybrid whale algorithm has obvious advantages in solving closed-loop layout problems.Finally,the proposed algorithm is applied to the actual workshop layout optimization,and new layout scheme and improvement suggestions are obtained.
