In recent years,connected and automated vehicles under the integration of intelligent networked transportation system and autonomous vehicle technology have gradually become the research focus of road traffic.In the early stage of the development of intelligent network environment,the mixed traffic flow including buses is easy to form interference with each other due to the different physical characteristics and speed characteristics of various types of vehicles.It is difficult to give full play to the advantages of efficient and stable intelligent network environment,and it is difficult to protect the rights and interests of public transport priority.In this regard,this paper proposes a traffic strategy of the mixed flow under the intelligent network environment.The intelligent network vehicles have the characteristics of short reaction time,flexible lane changing and car following,short headway,and strong collaborative control ability.The connected and automated vehicles are reasonably arranged on the bus lane,which can significantly reduce the mutual interference between different types of vehicles and effectively improve the traffic efficiency of road sections while ensuring bus priority and improving lane utilization.Firstly,the traffic flow operation rules of intermittent bus lane in traditional road environment are summarized.Combined with the characteristics of traffic flow in intelligent network environment,the traffic flow rules of intermittent bus lane in traditional road environment are improved,and the mandatory lane-changing rule is added to form the traffic strategy of intermittent bus lane in intelligent network environment,which provides a way for the reasonable organization of mixed traffic flow in the early development of intelligent network environment.Secondly,the existing research of traffic flow cellular automata model is summarized.According to the operation characteristics of mixed traffic flow in intelligent network environment,the two-state Safe-speed cellular automaton model is improved.The carfollowing model for connected and automated vehicles calibrated by PATH laboratory is discretized,and the mandatory lane-changing rule and cooperative lane-changing strategy are added according to the traffic strategy to form the mixed traffic flow cellular automata model.The validity of the model is verified by the basic diagram.Thirdly,the traffic flow characteristics of the road under the proposed traffic strategy in different traffic environments are studied by setting up the simulation scenarios before and after the implementation of the traffic strategy of intermittent bus lane.The capacity reduction mechanism of the road under the traffic strategy is further explored,and the influence of different CAV penetration rate,bus headway and the number of bus stops on the effect of the traffic strategy is analyzed.Finally,taking the per capita travel time as the analysis index of the applicable conditions of the traffic strategy,the applicable conditions of the intermittent bus lane traffic strategy under different bus headway and CAV penetration rate are analyzed,and the operation benefit of the traffic strategy is evaluated from the vehicle speed,travel delay,bus fuel consumption and passenger capacity.The results show that after the implementation of the intermittent bus lane strategy,under the condition of medium and low density,the bus speed increases by49.3%,and the speed of connected and automated vehicles increases by 27%.Compared with before the implementation of the traffic strategy,the bus travel time can be saved by up to14%,the fuel consumption is reduced by 26.3%,the overall traffic flow delay of the road section is reduced by 28.63%,and the total passenger capacity is effectively improved.The research in this paper provides an idea for the organization and management of mixed traffic flow in the intelligent network environment.
