| Material is the basis of product design and product composition,as a result,the development of material affects the direction of product development.The emergence of each new material will become an opportunity for product improvement or innovation,enhancing the product performance or creating new product function or new form.At present,the research on micro heat pipe superconducting materials mainly focuses on two aspects at home and abroad.One is to manufacture heat pipes with different structures and experiment the maximum heat flux,heat transfer coefficient and thermal resistance of the chip within the working temperature range under different working fluids,filling rates and heat dissipation conditions;The other is to analyze the heat pipes with a certain structure(with micro groove)by establishing a model for calculation and correlating with the experimental data.However,the research on how to apply the micro heat pipe superconducting materials in products lacks theory and practice guidance.Therefore,in this paper,with consideration of the application problems of micro heat pipe superconducting materials,we use scenario analysis and SWOT analysis to design and build model and application process of micro heat pipe superconducting materials,and carry out experiment to verify the feasibility of designed process.The main content of the thesis consists of three parts:(1)analyze the characteristics of the product application problems of micro heat pipe superconducting materials by using scenario analysis and SWOT analysis with reference to the existing cases;(2)summarize the principles,steps,advantages and disadvantages of scenario analysis and SWOT analysis,and build the designed model according to the characteristics of this two methods;(3)According to the designed model,construct the application process of micro heat pipe superconducting materials;(4)Taking the portable outdoor power supply as an example,verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the application process of micro heat pipe superconducting materials.Based on the theory of scenario analysis and SWOT analysis,in this paper,we have constructed the product application process of micro heat pipe superconducting materials,and taken the product improvement design of portable outdoor power supply as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the product application process of micro heat pipe superconducting materials.In terms of research significance,it is not only a supplement to the material application method in the field of industrial design,but also a multi field expansion of scenario analysis and SWOT analysis.In total,it provides a reliable method for the research of product application design of new materials. |
