Abstract/Summary:
The construction environment of high arch dams is crowded during the construction process,and the construction space resources of the warehouse surface are very limited.On the one hand,various construction activities are carried out in a narrow space,and it is easy to encounter space-time conflicts among various types of construction entities.On the other hand,factors such as the power generation efficiency and diversion of the enterprise are urgently required for the completion of the dam as soon as possible,requiring continuous high-strength construction of the dam.From the perspective of supply and demand,the growth process of the dam body is the supply side from the hanging operation of the cable machine,and the growth of the dam body receives the service growth of the cable machine as the demand side.On the one hand,the growth of the dam growth block is limited by the constraints of the cable dispatcher;on the other hand,the poured growth block limits the dispatch of the cable machine due to the corresponding self-discipline and regulation of the dam.Therefore,we need to study the growth of the cable machine and the dam as an overall system.Based on the data of Xiluodu Project,this article takes the process of dam body growth as the main line,starts from the objectivity of the construction system,analyzes the spatiotemporal characteristics of the dam body growth of the high arch dam,and proposes the growth of the dam construction plan according to the summarization of the spatiotemporal characteristics of dam growth.The strategy,namely the strategy of selecting warehouses,the strategy of speed and the strategy of time lapping;based on the above-mentioned growth strategy,it analyzes the utilization situation of Xiluodu high arch dam production materials and mechanical resources.The optimization of the construction plan is based on the prediction of the implementation effect of the construction plan,and the implementation effect of the construction plan is obviously related to the construction design plan,the objective properties of the system and the degree of execution decision.Execution decisions for optimization of the construction plan In addition to the growth strategy,the allocation of resources according to growth needs during the pouring process should also be considered.This paper maintains the original strategy of selecting silos for the Xiluodu project,and optimizes the dam construction effects by adjusting the speed of dam growth strategy and time lapping strategy;the growth speed strategy is based on a variety of growth time and space characteristics to optimize the cable machine The deployment is implemented,and the time lapping strategy is mainly to adjust the adjustment of the production data and the mechanical resources to shorten the useless waiting time between the growing blocks to optimize.In addition,based on the spatio-temporal characteristics of dam growth and the consideration of constructing the relationship between the supply and demand of construction resources,this paper constructs a feature coding mechanism based on the characteristics of the dam growth strategy,and establishes a multi-dimensional attribute parameter table for the dam growth-cable scheduling.Construct information feedback loops for each other’s cause and effect,and provide decision-making information based on realtime data.Finally,a cable machine scheduling optimization model was established,and a cable machine scheduling simulation test based on the dam growth strategy was conducted.The construction schedule,construction strength,and cable machine utilization were used as the optimization indicators to feedback the dam construction plan.The analysis of the Xiluodu resource allocation found that production resources and mechanical resources are idle and the production system and the pouring system cannot be fully utilized.Therefore,in this paper,the original strategy is optimized for this point.The optimization strategy results show that by adjusting the dam growth rate strategy and the time lapping strategy,the construction period,construction intensity,and cable machine utilization are better than the original results.It shows that the optimization of the pouring scheme after the growth strategy has a positive significance for the real-time deployment of the cable machine.The deployment of the cable machine can also positively affect the growth of the high arch dam.
