Research On Social Responsibility Report Of The Three Gorges Group Corporation

Under the background of transformation and upgrading of social and economic structure and positive development trend,changing the development mode and building a green,coordinated and sustainable development concept is the general trend.The demand for more social responsibility for state-owned enterprises,especially the large central enterprises,is increasing.The central enterprise of hydropower is important in the national economy,and it is an important guarantee for energy security.Under the new historical conditions,the hydropower central enterprises who have made great contributions to the nation and nation improve their operation level and responsibility ability.It is of great significance for China to build a well-off society in an all-round way and achieve the grand goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This paper tries to summarize the results of the research on the information disclosure of CSR at home and abroad in accordance with the development of the social responsibility report of China’s hydropower enterprises,and combined with the stakeholder theory,taking the report of the social responsibility of the Three Gorges group company as the breakthrough,the actual performance and disclosure content of the comprehensive enterprise,analysis of the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures.This article is divided into six chaptersThe first chapter is the introduction.This paper mainly expounds the research background,research issues and significance,research ideas and methods,the origin and development of social responsibility,the connotation of social responsibility report,research status and literature review,technical route and innovation points.The second chapter is the SWOT analysis of the social responsibility information disclosure of the Three Gorges group company.This is a major innovation in this paper.It uses the situation analysis method to make a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external conditions affecting the disclosure of corporate social responsibility information,and finally gets the corresponding countermeasures.The third chapter is the content analysis of Three Gorges group corporate social responsibility report.According to the requirements of various social responsibilities,the integrity,reliability and balance of the report content are analyzed.The information disclosure of responsibility management,market performance,environmental performance and social performance in the report is analyzed one by one,and the problems of lack of negative information disclosure,lack of contrast,lack of third party authentication are revealed and the problems are pointed out.reason。The fourth chapter is the construction of the social responsibility reporting system of the Three Gorges group company.According to the importance,purpose and principle of the related system,the appropriate framework and evaluation index of the report are put forward in combination with the existing standard standards.The fifth chapter is to further the quality of the reporting of the guarantee measures,from the government,enterprises,the various stakeholders and other angles given detailed suggestions,the digital age,the network era of information disclosure of new requirements.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,the deficiency and the prospect of the research.This paper points out the research findings and main achievements of this paper,and makes a brief summary of the full text and finds out the existing problems.
