As the relationship between urban and rural areas enters the stage of integration and development,the rural passenger transport mode under the dual structure system cannot meet the travel needs of urban and rural residents.As an important part of urban-rural development planning,village space is the key to coordinating urban-rural relations and promoting integration.Its construction and development are closely related to the urban-rural public transportation system.The promotion of the integration of urban and rural public transport has extended urban public transport to rural areas and accelerated the coverage of public transport services in counties and villages,which is of practical significance for promoting rural revitalization and development.The construction and development of rural space is inseparable from an efficient and convenient urban-rural public transportation network.In order to deeply study the relationship between the county-level village space and the urbanrural public transportation network,this paper measures and evaluates the public transportation service level of the county-level village and town space from the perspective of accessibility.This article takes the sample counties for the integration of urban and rural public transport in Shandong Province and the new smart city pilot city in Shandong ProvinceRushan City as the research objects,including 597 village-level administrative units within the county area.The main research content is:(1)Combining literature and The survey expounded the relationship between the county-level village and town space and urban and rural public transportation,and distinguished the stage of the development mode of the village and town space in Rushan City and the urban and rural public transportation network form.(2)Based on the research results of accessibility,use multi-source data to construct a county-scale spatial public transport accessibility model for villages and towns.(3)Measure Rushan City,reveal the distribution pattern of spatial public transport accessibility in villages and towns within the county,and analyze the interrelationship between travel and spatial factors such as travel intensity and station sharing rate.(4)Explore the interaction mechanism between the integrated construction of county-level urban-rural public transport and the level of public transport accessibility in villages and towns,and explore public transport accessibility improvement strategies from the dimensions of development concept,planning system,and public transport layout.Based on the results of the model,the following main conclusions can be drawn:(1)The spatial scale of Rushan villages and towns is generally small,and the overall size is a "butterfly-like" structure with dense central and sparse northwest,and the spatial scale shows a positively correlated agglomeration pattern.(2)The spatial core density of county-level villages and towns is roughly consistent with the distribution of site core density.Both bus stations and villages and towns have the characteristics of high-density large-scale agglomeration and low-density small-scale agglomeration.(3)At the "city-town" level,the central urban area to the center of each town district is basically within a 90-minute circle;the level of accessibility at the "city-village" level is still at a low level,showing mainly high value areas in the south,The characteristics of low-value areas are the main ones;each village-level unit at the "town-village" level has a relatively high degree of convenience in connection with the town center.(4)The distribution of public transport accessibility in the county is significantly different.There are few low-value areas and wide-spread mediumvalue areas.The spatial layout presents anti-natural gradient characteristics.Urban and rural public transport can generally meet the spatial needs of most villages and towns.(5)On the whole,the county bus accessibility hot spots are distributed in an obvious east-west band;from the regional perspective,bus accessibility cold spots are mainly distributed in the edge of the town.The article finally starts from the relationship between the spatial pattern of public transport accessibility and the integration of urban and rural public transport,proposes accessibility improvement strategies from the dimensions of the spatial layout of villages and towns and the optimization of public transport network,from the construction of countylevel villages and towns public transport life circle,facing accessibility The entire process of network planning,urban and rural public transport-oriented village and town development model,and multimodal transport transfer and connection service system optimize public transport accessibility.
