Since the reform and opening up,China ’ s economy has developed rapidly,and people’s living standards have been continuously improved,requiring a large amount of energy as a guarantee.As electric energy is the most effective secondary energy,electric energy is the main source of energy for guaranteeing the development of the national economy and people’s normal life,the demand for electricity and the investment for power construction project continues to increase.In order to meet the growing demand for electricity,more and more new construction,improvement,expansion of power construction projects were approved.With the rapid economic growth in the area of Yuping county in recent years,the electricity load in this area will be increased rapidly in the next few years.The main transformer capacity of Yuping Miaopu 110 k V substation has been unable to meet the demand of the load growth,so it is urgent to increase or expand the new substation,the feasibility study of Yuping Miaopu 110 k V substation expansion project is under this background.This article first briefly introduces the basis and significance of the research,analyzes the present situation of feasibility study at home and abroad,and studies the basic theory knowledge of feasibility study.On the basis of this,this article introduces the general situation of Yuping Miaopu 110 k V substation expansion project,discusses the necessity of the construction of 110 k V substation expansion project from the aspects of power grid load forecast,current situation of power grid,electric power balance and so on,and makes a comparative analysis of the system access plan,clarifies the power system once and the secondary configuration of the power system,and combines the work of the system demonstration,fully considers the factors in the rational area of the system planning,and puts forward the reasonable and feasible engineering project assumption.Through technical analysis,economic analysis and social benefit analysis of this project,it is concluded that the project is feasible in these aspects,and finally the conclusion of feasibility study is given.The project feasibility evaluation to the back of the actual project construction has important reference value,it also has certain reference value for the feasibility study of similar substation engineering in the future.
