| Uncertain disturbance events in the production process may lead to disorder or even disruption of workshop production at any time,causing losses to the company.Effective dynamic scheduling methods and optimization algorithms can solve bottlenecks in the processing workshop.Therefore,in this paper,by analyzing the disturbance degree of uncertain disturbance events to the production scheduling workshop,a pre-reaction dynamic scheduling method is proposed,and an intelligent algorithm is designed to solve the scheduling problem,to realizing the robust operation of the flexible job shop under disturbance.Firstly,the characteristics of the production relationship in the FJSP and the disturbing mechanism are analyzed,and the Bayesian network construction idea of FJSP is proposed.Referring to the advantage of Bayesian network expressing the mutual influence relationship between things,the network node is represented by the disturbed process,the mutual constraint relationship of the process indicates the directed edge of the network,and the disturbed degree of the process expresses conditional probability in a FJSP.A method for quantitative evaluation and calculation of uncertain disturbances is proposed,and then a re-scheduling strategy is selected.Then,combining the discrete FJSP problem,this paper proposes an improved harmony-neighbor search algorithm for the disadvantages of slow convergence speed and poor search performance of the harmony search algorithm.The variable neighborhood operation is introduced,it can improve the quality of the initial solution of the harmonic memory and the local search performance of the algorithm.In order to verify the effectiveness of the improved algorithm to solve problem,three different scale examples and ten BRdata is used for comparing among multiple algorithms.Finally,according to the dynamic scheduling method and the improved algorithm for solving the scheduling problem proposed in this paper.A FJSP dynamic scheduling prototype system is developed by the GUI user interface in Matlab software.Through the system operation and the example simulation process,the feasibility and practicability of the paper method are verified. |
