| Due to the large increase of external electricity and the increase of the proportion of new energy power generation in Jiangsu Province,the load rate of thermal power generation units has decreased significantly,the annual operation hours of units have continued to decrease,and the auxiliary power consumption rate of thermal power units has also increased correspondingly.Therefore,How to reduce the energy consumption of plant equipment and improve the energy utilization rate of thermal power plant,and then reduce the coal consumption of units,so as to reduce the cost and improve the competitive advantage of electric energy online,has become an urgent issue for the thermal power industry.The auxiliary power of thermal power plant is mainly due to the large fan,water pump and other auxiliary equipment in steam turbine,boiler and other systems.This paper analyzes the current situation of energy saving of the unit,and finds that the pump with high power consumption of the unit carries out the analysis of energy saving and consumption reduction,mainly including circulating water pump and condensate pump.This paper analyzes why the high and low speed transformation of the circulating water pump is feasible,to transform the high and low speed of the circulating water pump.Through calculations and experiments,a reasonable operation mode of the circulating water pump is formulated,and the operation situation after the transformation is striving to achieve the optimal operation mode and realize the ideal energy-saving effect.This paper also analyzes the energy consumption of condensate system,and analyzes the frequency conversion transformation of condensate pump.The combination of condensate pump frequency conversion transformation and deaerator water level control mode optimization improves the start-up characteristics of condensate pump,reduces the wear of control valve,and improves the reliability and service life of the equipment;at the same time,it also greatly reduces the power consumption of condensate pump operation and the throttling loss of deaerator water control valve,and further reduces the auxiliary power consumption of the unit.In this thesis,by studying the energy-saving and consumption-reducing work of the main equipment of the thermal power unit’s water pump,the energy-saving potential of the unit is tapped,and a good economic income is generated,which effectively enhances the competitiveness of the entire unit.There are 21 pictures,22 tables and 71 references in this thesis. |
