As the core component of power devices and electrical equipment,inverters have received extensive attention from many scholars in the development of power electronics for more than 70 years.However,most of the research works are aimed at low frequency applications.There is a series of equipment,such as electro-acoustic transducers,mask machines,ultrasonic cleaning equipment,material extraction and purification machines,induction heating appliances,which indicates that highfrequency inverters have a broad application background.Therefore,it is of great significance to study inverters and break through them in the field of high-tech,especially in key technologies such as high frequency,high gain,and wide operating frequency bands.Switch-Controlled-Capacitor technology is often used for voltage or current regulation of converter output.Due to its special structure.this article combines with LCC converter and proposes a novel SCC-LCC resonant inverter topology.On the basis of the original SCC research,two connection methods of connecting the source of MOSFETs and connecting the drain of MOSFETs in SCC applications are proposed.In addition,the working principle of SCC is analyzed,its mathematical derivation model is given,and its control method is enriched.The theory of the proposed SCC-LCC inverter is analyzed from the perspective of resonance,all the working modes of the circuit are explained,and the mathematical model of its critical moment nodes is deduced.At last but not least,the realization for zero-voltage conduction of all the switching tubes is clarified,and the control strategy of the converter is introduced.In view of the complex interaction between linear variables and non-linear variables in the SCC-LCC inverter,a mathematical model including normalized frequency,capacitance ratio,phase shift angle and quality factor is established.This article provides a quantitative mathematical model that can measure the characteristics of SCC-LCC inverter with high gain,wide operating frequency range,zero voltage switching,harmonic distortion,which reduces the difficulty of analysis.Considering the above factors comprehensively,a design scheme for the key parameters of the SCCLCC inverter is given,which can meet the performance of high frequency,high gain,high stability,low harmonics and wide output frequency band.Finally,the PSIM is used for simulation verification,and the results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and parameters design.In addition,a 500 W SCCLCC resonant inverter prototype was designed and built,and the experiment verified the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed topology.
