Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, the rapid development of China’s economy has brought opportunities and challenges to the reform of the education system of universities, and at the same time has accelerated the construction of Chinese university campuses. The scale of universities has continued to expand, and the number of university students has grown exponentially, leading to the construction of university teaching buildings. The total energy consumption continues to increase. The development of building energy saving technology provides more possibilities for other ultra-low energy buildings such as zero energy buildings.China’s "four-step energy saving" has made remarkable achievements, but the research on zero-energy buildings in my country is still in the basic research stage, especially in the areas of hot summer and cold winter, the research on zero energy consumption of university teaching buildings is basically in a blank state. Therefore, based on the background of newly-built teaching buildings in universities in Changsha, this paper analyzes and studies the feasibility of achieving zero energy consumption in newlybuilt teaching buildings in universities in Changsha.First, this article analyzes the domestic and international energy status, the energy consumption status of university teaching buildings, and the progress of zero energy research, combined with China’s basic national conditions and the current status of energy consumption of university teaching buildings in Changsha,to study the future of new university teaching buildings in this area to achieve zero energy consumption Uncertainty and its strategy. Then use Designbuilder to establish the benchmark model of the board teaching building of the colleges and universities in Changsha area, and select the corresponding building energy efficiency standards to set the boundary conditions of the benchmark model.Through simulation calculation of building energy consumption under different parameter levels of various factors, the trend of its influence on building energy consumption is analyzed. Finally, through orthogonal experiment analysis, the parameter combination of various factors corresponding to the lowest energy consumption of the building is selected, and the comprehensive energy saving plan is calculated, which is the building energy consumption under the comprehensive optimization model.Use SPSS to perform multiple linear regression analysis and prediction on the above 64 sets of experiments, compare the simulated energy consumption of the 64 sets of orthogonal experiments with the SPSS predicted building energy consumption, and analyze the prediction accuracy.Use PVSYST photovoltaic power generation simulation software to simulate the annual power generation of photovoltaic power generation components arranged on the roof of the building model, compare the roof photovoltaic power generation with the building energy consumption of different floors under the fully optimized model condition, and analyze the Changsha universities from the perspective of energy consumption The feasibility of achieving zero energy consumption in new teaching buildings. This paper concludes that through the use of active and passive energysaving technologies, combined with a combined system of ground source heat pumps and rooftop photovoltaic power generation, only considering the installation of photovoltaic power generation systems on the roof of the building, the highest number of floors in the university teaching building in Changsha to achieve zero energy consumption is 3 floors.
