CRB600H is a new type of cold-rolled ribbed steel bar which adds tempering treatment in the rolling process,compared with ordinary cold-rolled steel effectively increased the elongation,is a new type of steel varieties,with the advantages of green and low carbon,stable quality,saving precious metal resources,etc.,and has the value of promotion and application.This article through to the 7 simply supported concrete plates(5 with CRB600 H,1 with HRB400,1 with HRB500)and 9 simply supported concrete beams(8 with CRB600 H,1 with HRB400)has carried on the experimental study on the flexural performance,considering the influence of the reinforcement ratio,concrete strength on the reinforced concrete beams and slabs with CRB600 H,and the comparison between reinforced concrete beams and slabs with hot rolled steel is made.The finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the stress process of the test slabs and beams members with CRB600 H reinforcement.Finally,several groups of variable parameter test models are added to improve the analysis of the test.The main work completed in paper is following:(1)The hot rolled steel bar and CRB600 H steel bar produced by Hunan Fuxingheli company used in the test were subjected to tensile test.the basic mechanical data of steel bars were obtained,which were used as the basis for the analysis and calculation of the test members.The stress-strain curve of CRB600 H was drawn.(2)The bending tests of 7 slabs and 9 beams were completed,the data of strain,deformation,crack,cracking and ultimate bearing capacity were measured in the tests.The load-deflection curves,load-strain curves of the test members are obtained.The influences of concrete strength and reinforcement ratio on the flexural behavior of CRB600 H concrete slabs,the behavior of suitable,less and super reinforcement concrete beams with CRB600 H and the behavior of CRB600 H reinforcement concrete beams with different concrete strength are analyzed.The cracking and ultimate bearing capacity of the test components,as well as the deflection and crack under the normal use limit state are statistically analyzed..(3)The ABAQUS finite element software was used to carry out modeling calculation and analysis on the test slabs and beams with CRB600 H reinforcement,and the results of the test were compared with the results of the simulation analysis.Based on the accuracy of the model calculation results,several groups of test models were added to improve the research on the influence of concrete strength and reinforcement ratio on the deformation of concrete slabs and beams with CRB600 H steel bars.
