| In the process of research and design of power electronic equipment,the use of real-time simulation technology for simulation verification can greatly readuce the design time and cut the research costs.As a power electronic device for electric energy conversion,the converter plays an important role in many fields,and the three-phase inverter is the most widely used.At present,the commercial real-time simulation system that can be used for real-time simulation of three-phase inverter is monopolized by foreign companies,the system price is relatively high,and there is a risk of "stuck neck".This paper constructs an FPGA-based real-time simulation system for three-phase inverters.The main research work is as follows:1.Analyze the structural characteristics and working mechanism of the current mainstream commercial real-time simulation system,introduce the real-time simulation theory of the converter and the structural characteristics of the three-phase inverter,and the modeling method of the IGBT switch.The dynamic process of the IGBT switch is decomposed in detail,and the curve fitting method is used to construct the dynamic process curve of each IGBT operation stage,then the IGBT behavior model is established.MATLAB and FPGA simulation software are used to simulate and verify the IGBT model,and the real-time calculation of the model is realized on the FPGA hardware platform.2.According to the topological structure of the three-phase inverter and the working characteristics of the IGBT switch,the real-time simulation model of the three-phase inverter is constructed using the IGBT model designed in this paper,and based on the same PWM control command,and comparative simulation experiment is carried out with the three-phase inverter model which comes from MATLAB.A three-phase LC filter model and a three-phase load model are established,and the effectiveness of the model is verified by a comparison simulation experiment with the MATLAB model.Finally,a real-time simulation experiment is carried out on the constructed model based on multiple FPGA hardware platforms.3.The hardware and host computer software of the three-phase inverter real-time simulation system is completed.The constructed three-phase inverter real-time simulation system adopts the "FPGA+PC" architecture.FPGA computing resources are composed of four FPGA core boards.The real-time simulation model of the three-phase inverter is distributed on each core board,and data transmission between the boards is carried out through the LVDS communication protocol,then the real-time calculation of the three-phase inverter model is realized.The upper computer interface is designed with C# software,the model parameters can be set and the simulation results can be displayed through the interface. |
