The Design Of Prefabricated Public Toilets In The Old Community Of Changsha

With the great advance of the toilet revolution and the development of human civilization,the demands of urban residents on public toilets in China are no longer only satisfied with the simple physiological needs.Public toilets for thousands of years of development history,of the toilet from the outdoor toilet to indoor toilet,toilet technology from dry to water closet to energy saving water-saving environmental protection public toilets in today’s society,from no privacy public toilets to pay attention to personal privacy,pay attention to human nature of modern public toilets,people demand for public toilets are the high-level demand development.Between 2015 and 2017,Mr Xi advocated "toilet revolution" general secretary three times,now the face of China’s rural toilet has improved a lot,scenic spot also presents the situation of flowers,is located in the old city of community public toilets in recent years,along with the urban renewal act also get the attention of government,mostly for the quality improvement or upgrade reconstruction.In 2020,the author aimed at Changsha old community has launched a public toilets of the investigation and study,through research,the author found that the Changsha old community after the reform,rebuild public toilets while it is true that a appearance "brand-new",but in the construction of beautiful sex and sustainable design in aspects of design,humanization design upgrade obviously not enough,many public toilets only task type to add some new facilities,the design of the toilet location is still at the meet to solve people’s physiological needs level,not meet the demands of modern toilet in the true sense.Not in line with the development trend of public toilet design in today’s society.In this paper,starting from the needs of people in today’s society and the existing public toilet technology,an investigation was conducted on the public toilets in the old community of Changsha,and the current problems were summarized.The prefabricated building technology was used to design the public toilets in the old community,providing new ideas for the design of public toilets in the old community and helping the toilet revolution and urban renewal.
