Research And Implementation Of Polar Cruise Weight Control Technology

Ship weight control is a key link in the process of ship design and construction.With the transformation of shipbuilding mode to modern shipbuilding mode,ships are also developing towards large scale.Shipbuilding enterprises pay more and more attention to the weight control of ships.China is a big shipbuilding country with regular ships such as LNG carriers and bulk carriers,and the research on weight control of ships mainly focuses on structural design and material selection,so weight control is not difficult.In recent years,China has begun to build the whole cruise industry chain and build our own oceanic cruise.However,the characteristics of cruise ships and the strict requirements on overweight make it much more difficult to control weight.Therefore,this paper investigates and analyzes the weight control work in the whole cycle of cruise ship construction,and establishes the corresponding theoretical model and re-control scheme.First of all,this paper takes China Merchants Cruise as the research object,studies typical weight control problems in the design and construction of cruise ships,analyzes the causes of weight data distortion,control process out of control,weighing process failure,etc.,and adopts PDCA management method.From the weight control process,weight estimation model,professional responsibility system and other aspects of the establishment of measures and control system.Then,based on the analysis of typical weight control problems,the weight estimation model of the whole construction cycle is established,which mainly includes three stages:scheme design stage,design and construction stage,and construction trend.In view of the scheme design stage,the regression algorithm is used to establish the model of ship’s main scale-gross tonnage,and the regression test results show that the error is less than 10%.In the design and construction stage,based on the mathematical model of ship weight,the weight control report support system is introduced to establish the calculation equation of weight center of gravity.At the same time,based on the dimension chain principle and probability distribution principle,the tolerance early warning model of piecewise construction is established.In the construction trend prediction stage,Greg Mortimr Polar Cruise is used as the research object,and the grey prediction algorithm is adopted to establish the construction weight differential equation prediction model.Finally,on the basis of the analysis of typical problems in the weight control work of cruise ships and the establishment of the weight estimation equation for the whole construction cycle,the weight control scheme for the whole construction cycle of cruise ships is established,and the weight control process,the support system of re-control statements,the weight control measures for each profession and the weight early warning scheme are designed.Based on the re-control scheme,the weight control system of cruise ships is developed,which makes the weight control of cruise ships stylized and standardized,and provides reference for weight control in the subsequent construction process of cruise ships.
