| In rencent years,with the rapid development of wind power industry in China,the new installed capacity of wind power has ranked first in the world for many years.However,due to the late start of the wind power industry and the short operation time of wind turbines,there is still a lack of in-depth cognition and understanding of the characteristics and laws of the main system and parts of wind turbines.As a result,China’s wind power enterprises often suffer additional losses due to frequent failures of wind turbines.A large-scale wind farm in Yancheng is equipped with WPS(Wind Power Supervision)and Power-BI system,which has accumulated a certain amount of data during the process of operation.The fault analysis of its main system and main parts,including the research of fault tree are carried out,which is convenient for the preventive maintenance of wind turbines,improves the operation reliability of wind farms,and also helps to improve the development level of wind turbines in China,the practical significance is outstanding.Based on the description of FMECA,FTA and the structure and working principle of wind turbines,this paper further introduces the WPS system,power BI system and the data processing flow between them of a wind farm in Yancheng,This paper analyzes the causes and effects of various failure modes of four main systems of wind turbine.And based on the forms FMECA table,this paper analyzes high-risk failure modes of each subsystem of wind turbine,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures.Furthermore,through the fault tree modeling of the four main subsystems of wind turbine,the potential relationship between the fault causes is found,and the minimum cut set of each fault tree,the critical importance of the bottom event and the occurrence probability of the top event are calculated to obtain the main factors leading to the top event in each subsystem.Finally,using Monte Carlo simulation,the mean time between failures and unreliability are calculated to evaluate the data-based wind turbine maintenance strategy.The fault analysis system of wind turbine based on WPS and power Bi operation data of wind farm can not only improve the mean time between failures,but also has a good reference value for the development of the construction of digital operation and maintenance system for wind farm. |
