Oil and gas gathering and transportation,including crude oil collection,crude oil storage and transportation,is one of the important processes in oilfield development.A lot of thermal energy has to be consumed when collecting and transporting,which is generally supplied by heating furnace.However,the heating furnace not only consumes a lot of primary energy,but also has many deficiencies and potential safety hazards.Nowadays,nature energy is in short supply day by day,energy saving and consumption reduction Brooks no delay,the air source heat pump system consumes a small amount of electric energy,the economic benefit is remarkable,the energy saving effect is obvious.In this work it is proposed to use an air source system instead of a natural gas heating furnace to meet the oil field’s heating needs and to solve the oil field pollution problem.To study the performance of both systems,the theoretical analysis,energy consumption analysis and economic analysis of the two systems are carried out.Firstly,construct the mathematical models of the two systems respectively,and compare the size of the COP of the two systems.The thermal calculation results show that under the same working conditions,the COP of the cascade heat pump system is greater than the COP of the single-stage heat pump system.If the working conditions of the cascade system remain unchanged,there is an optimal low-temperature condensing temperature in order to maximize the COP value of the cascade heat pump system.Then,the initial investment and the operating cost of the three regimes are analyzed.After full comparison,it turns out that the cascade air source heat pump system in scheme 2 has high economy and is worth popularizing in oilfield temperature maintenance and other processes.Finally,the single-stage and cascade air source heat pump system is analyzed from the point of view of reducing energy consumption.The results show that under the same working conditions,the total loss of cascade heat pump system is less than that of singlestage heat pump system,and there is an optimal low-temperature stage condensation temperature to minimize the total loss(90.9kw)of cascade heat pump system.In this case,the total loss of cascade heat pump system is 9.1(kw)less than that of single-stage heat pump system.In addition,this thesis analyzes the effect of decreasing the condensing temperature and increasing the evaporation temperature on the total exergy loss of the two systems.R410A / R245 fa cascade medium and high temperature heat pump system has low energy consumption,low operation cost,high heating performance and environmental protection.The application perspective of the heat pump system becomes broader with the middle and late phase of the oil field development.
