| F automobile seat company adopts mixed-flow production mode,the assembly line often faces problems such as the accumulation of in-process products and idle personnel,how to reasonably optimize the mixed model assembly line has become an urgent problem to be solved.Traditional optimization uses a single or serial method to study the balance or sequencing of mixed-flow assembly lines,which has the disadvantage that it is hard to optimization of whole.To solve this problem,starting from the overall ideal,the mixed-flow assembly line balance and sequencing collaborative optimization research are carried out in a parallel manner.Three main methods of IE,intelligent optimization and real-time simulation were used to carry out the research.Firstly,analyze the production situation of F company.Through process analysis and standard time formulation,the company’s basic production materials and the existing problems are found.On this basis,the ECRS method is used for the initial improvement of the front chair assembly line;Then,the traditional serial mathematical model and the improved parallel balancing and sequencing collaborative optimization mathematical model are established for the practical problems.In the establishment of the collaborative optimization model,a comprehensive evaluation index of actual load balance,minimum idle time and parts consumption balance considering balance in MPS is designed by improving the previous bias evaluation indexes.According to the characteristics of the collaborative optimization model,an endosymbiosis evolutionary algorithm was designed to solve the collaborative optimization model by introducing the best partner selection and external competition mechanism on the basis of the co-evolution algorithm.Solve and verify classic calculation examples,and make a preliminary comparison between the two models;Finally,designed four kinds of solutions to solve two models respectively,analyze and compare the optimization results of the four programs from a theoretical perspective,and then use software to set up the simulation model of the front chair assembly line,simulate four of the optimization programs,and determine the best through the comparison and analysis of the simulation results solution.Research indicates: By improving the parallel balancing and sequencing collaborative optimization,the problem of balancing and sequencing can be optimized simultaneously,which can overcome the defect of traditional serial model that it is difficult to obtain the overall optimization,the endosymbiosis evolutionary algorithm has the best convergence and optimization results;The simulation of the solved combination scheme further verified that the optimization method can make the mixed-flow assembly line reach the overall optimum and solve the actual production problem of F company. |
