Gradually,wind energy has been widely applied in the field of power generation as a clean,pollution-free,and low-cost renewable energy.However,maintenance costs are high due to the particularity of the location of wind turbines and the environment is extremely harsh.The frequency of wind turbine failure is gradually increasing.The maintenance costs of the wind turbines after a failure are an important shock on the economy of wind farms.Therefore,it is vital to grasp the real-time operating state of wind turbines effectively,to estimate the potential threat of failure that may exist,to expand the relevant maintenance for extending the service life of wind turbines and to reduce the costs of wind farms.The operation state assessment of wind turbines is studied based on the data-driven in the paper.The research is developed gradually based on the SCADA system data of wind turbines in a wind farm.Based on the method of combining over-sampling and under-sampling,the data imbalance problem is solved which is the wind turbine fault samples are significantly less than the normal samples.The WT-LSTM icing state assessment model is established,the icing state of the blades is analyzed which is a wind turbine component that is greatly affected by the external factor which is ambient temperature.The model based on IRF is established to effectively identify the state of the wind turbine generator end and to grasp the real state of the generator combined with the new assessment strategy.The state degradation analysis model of wind turbine gearbox end based on HI-HMM is established.The health index method is used to determine the observation sequence input to the model.The Forward-Backward method and Baum-Welch method are used to train and test the model.The state change of the gearbox is obtained.The state assessment and analysis of the key components of the wind turbine are integrated.The comprehensive assessment model based on the combined variable weight theory is established.The key components are correctly weighted and the comprehensive assessment matrix is determined correctly.The operation state of the wind turbine before a certain failure is assessed.The accurate start time of fault warning is obtained.After compared with the results of traditional methods,the accuracy of the established model has been effectively verified.It is worthy of popularization and application.Finally,the research content provides a certain reference for the wind farm to assess and analyze the operation state of wind turbines as well as an early warning of faults.
