Abstract/Summary:
The servo control system of the two-axis servo turntable in the radar antenna is the key component to ensure the normal operation of the radar,which plays an important role in searching,locking and tracking targets.As the core of the servo control system,the chip is heavily dependent on imports at present,which directly threatens the supply guarantee and information security of the servo control system.Therefore,it is necessary to realize the servo control system based on domestic chip to provide guarantee for automation equipment and improve the information security of the control system at the same time.In this paper,a two-axis stepper motor servo control system is designed and developed by using the GD32F307 chip of Giga Device Company as the control core and the two-phase hybrid stepper motor as the actuator.First of all,according to the function and indicators requirements of the servo control system,the overall design scheme of the software and hardware of the whole system is formulated,and the principles of key technologies such as PWM,pulse setting algorithm,position and speed detection are expounded.The key components of the system are selected according to the overall scheme,and the hardware circuits and PCB such as GD32 minimum system circuit,RS422 serial communication circuit,power circuit,motor control circuit and Hall sensor feedback circuit with GD32F307 as the main control chip are designed.Then,based on the hardware circuit,using C program and GD32F307 official library files,the main program,function program,serial communication program and position feedback program of the system are designed and compiled under the Keil u Vision4 environment.Finally,the system test platform of the servo control system based on the host computer and its debugging software,GD32 servo controller,Hall sensor,stepper motor and its driver is built to evaluate the program and hardware function and performance of the system to ensure that the system can successfully complete the functions required by the project.The test results show that the hardware circuit and software program of the stepper motor servo control system based on GD32F307 can work normally.The main control chip can output the corresponding PWM pulse according to the control instructions sent by the host computer or the feedback information collected by the sensor,and drive two stepper motors to complete the functions of azimuth reset,pitching reset,azimuth resident,pitching resident,sector scanning and other functions at preset speed.The host computer can receive the operation information of the motor in real time.
