The pantograph catenary system is an important part of the electrified railway traction power supply system.The current-carrying friction wear characteristics and contact resistance of the pantograph catenary friction pair directly affect the life of the skateboard and the quality of the current collection quality of the pantograph catenary system,and determine whether the train can run safely.In order to study the current-carrying friction wear characteristics and contact resistance of rough contact surface between pantograph and catenary,the sliding electrical contact experiment was carried out on the pantograph catenary sliding electrical contact experimental machine developed by the laboratory.The influence of roughness parameters such as arithmetic mean deviation(Ra)and the peak count(Rpc)on the friction coefficient,wear amount and the current collection quality were studied.Combined with the surface topography of the sliding plate,the influence mechanism was analyzed.The change of pantograph catenary contact resistance under different experimental conditions was counted.The influence of roughness parameters such as arithmetic mean deviation(Ra),core roughness depth(Rk),peak count(Rpc)and skewness coefficient(Rsk)on contact resistance were analyzed.At the same time,the RBF neural network optimized by the ant colony algorithm was used to establish the prediction model between the roughness parameters and the contact resistance.The effectiveness of the model was verified by Matlab simulation.The results show that the relationship between surface roughness parameters and friction coefficient,wear quantity,current carrying quality is different in different wear stages,and they interact and influence each other.In the initial stage of wear,the surface roughness parameters Raand Rpcare larger,and the fluctuation is larger,and the friction coefficient increases rapidly.When Raand Rpcincrease,the wear of sliding plate increases,and the current carrying quality becomes worse.When Raand Rpcdecrease,the wear of sliding plate decreases and the current carrying quality becomes better.In the middle stage of wear,the surface roughness parameters Raand Rpcgradually decrease,and tend to be stable;The friction coefficient,wear amount and current carrying mass are also stable.The roughness parameters will directly affect the contact resistance.From the overall change trend,with the development of friction and wear,Ra,Rk,,Rpcshow a decreasing trend in the fluctuation;while Rskshows the trend of fluctuation rising,and the contact resistance shows a trend of fluctuation decline;From the perspective of fluctuation,when the values of Ra,Rk,,Rpcincrease,the contact resistance increases;when the values of Ra,Rk,,Rpcdecrease,the contact resistance also shows a decreasing trend;the change trend of contact resistance is the same as that of Ra,Rk,,Rpc.When the value of Rskincreases,the contact resistance decreases;when the value of Rskdecreases,the contact resistance increases;the change trend of contact resistance and Rskis opposite.The RBF neural network optimized by ant colony algorithm was used to establish the prediction model between Ra,Rk,,Rpc,Rskand contact resistance.The model can make a good prediction of contact resistance.Compared with the basic RBF neural network model,the model has better prediction effect and higher prediction accuracy.The model provides a new method for the further study of pantograph catenary contact resistance.There are 28 figures,5 tables and 60 references in this paper.
