With the acceleration of my country’s urbanization process,a large amount of engineering muck will be produced every year.The effective treatment and disposal of these muck meets the major strategic needs of our country to adhere to the path of sustainable development,and it is also an urgent issue in the field of environmental geotechnical engineering.One of the difficult problems.Engineering slag generally has the characteristics of high water content and complex composition,and it is difficult to directly use in engineering.Usually,chemical solidification is used to improve the engineering performance of the slag,and then broaden its subsequent resource utilization methods.By adding various curing agents to the engineering dregs,based on a series of chemical reactions,the purpose of enhancing the precipitation of the engineering dregs can be achieved.Currently commonly used soil curing agents include cement,lime,gypsum,etc.,but the large amount of calcination and use of cement and other cementitious materials will not only increase the disposal cost of the muck,but also generate a large amount of CO2 and other greenhouse gases,causing serious energy consumption and environment Problems such as pollution are not in line with the development strategy of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality advocated by our country.Therefore,in view of the practical problems of engineering muck siege facing my country at this stage,it is important to develop a new green and sustainable soil solidification agent for muck solidification treatment,and to explore the solidification mechanism and long-term effects of the new type of agent.The theoretical significance and engineering application value。This subject is based on the important concept of "using waste to treat waste",considering another important project solid waste-river and lake silt for low-temperature thermal modification treatment,to produce active pozzolanic materials that can be used for soil solidification,and then a suitable amount of slag,Fly ash and cement are the main raw materials of the curing agent,and a small amount of desulfurized gypsum and lime are mixed as the stimulant to design the mix ratio.The ball milling process is used for deep processing to fully stimulate its activity and develop a kind of physical and mechanical properties.Basically replace the 42.5-labeled composite Portland cement soil curing agent-a new type of composite curing agent.Then an orthogonal test design was used to apply the new composite curing agent to the solidification of the slag,and the influence of different raw material content ratios on the compressive strength and flexural strength of the solidified slag was discussed,and the best mix ratio was selected according to the test results.In order to further understand the environmental corrosion resistance of the new composite curing agent,the water stability,sulfate corrosion resistance and micro characteristics of the solidified slag under the optimal ratio were further analyzed,and it was found that the new composite curing The anti-environmental corrosion performance of the agent is better than that of cement.The unconfined compressive strength test,water stability test and sulfate corrosion resistance test of the new composite solidified slag with five mixing ratios of 7d,14 d and 28 d were carried out to study the performance of the new composite solidified slag of engineering characteristics,and it results of compressive strength,stress-strain relationship,water stability,and sulfate erosion resistance of the new composite solidified slag are analyzed,which is the application of the new solidifying agent material in practical engineering,to provide theoretical support.Finally,the new composite curing agent and the composite cement soil of the same mark were compared with 7d,14 d,and 28 d.The results were analyzed to determine the feasibility of studying the curing agent as a soil curing agent.In addition,starting from a series of chemical reactions of the new composite curing agent when it meets with water and the enhancement mechanism of the complex chemical reaction with the soil,combined with the problem of the strong alkalinity of lime,the influence of the mechanical properties of the new composite curing slag is discussed.This paper has 53 pictures,32 tables and 69 references.
