The tire acts as the main component that guarantees the normal driving of the car,and the long-term low pressure will increase the tire wear and fuel consumption,and the extremely serious accident is generated at high speed.Therefore,monitoring tire pressure status in real time is of great significance for improving the economics and safety of cars.The tire pressure monitoring system ensures real-time monitoring,alarms,and guarantees car driving safety from the tire fault level.At present,the tire pressure monitoring system mainly includes two directive and indirect type,the direct tire pressure monitoring system is directly obtained by the pressure sensor,and the indirect tire pressure monitoring system is a wheel acquired by the ABS wheel speed sensor of the vehicle.Speed ??signal,indirectly estimate tire pressure state.The indirect tire pressure monitoring system is more likely to be promoted by the advantages of low cost,convenient installation.Therefore,indirect tire pressure monitoring systems have broad development prospects and far-reaching research significance.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Introduce the working principle of the wheel speed sensor,analyze the source of the ring gear error of the wheel speed sensor,establish a ring gear error identification model,using the weighted recursive least squares method to identify the ring gear error,and correct the wheel speed signal based on this The non-uniform sampling problem of the wheel speed signal is used to reconstruct the wheel speed signal by the adaptive weight gradient method;the cause of invalid signal generation,the design insulating algorithm is removed,and the IIR filter intercepted tire resonance frequency The frequency band.(2)Using the proportional relationship between the tire resonance frequency and the tire pressure,the AR model method is used to improve the Welch method for frequency domain analysis,and extract the tire resonance frequency;then utilize the tire rolling radius and tire pressure ratio Relationship,based on the traditional radius method,a pulse comparison method is proposed;and the tire pressure estimation fusion algorithm based on the above two algorithms is estimated to estimate the tire pressure state.(3)Create a tire pressure drop calculation method based on the MATLAB simulation platform,the corresponding GUI interface is written,and the STM32 single-chip design is used to design a simple tire pressure monitoring system,using the measured data to simulate and the physical test,verify the feasible tire pressure monitoring algorithm Sexuality and effectiveness.
