Abstract/Summary:
As a typical representative of large-span spatial structure,reticulated shell is widely used because of its beautiful shape and uniform force.It is often a landmark building in a region.In recent years,with the intensification of local conflicts and the increase of terrorist attacks,the probability of the reticulated shell structure being subjected to accidental impact load increases,and the research on the impact resistance of reticulated shell structure becomes a hot topic.With the development of economy,a variety of structural steel and aluminum alloy have been applied in the reticulated shell structure.However,the impact research materials used in the reticulated shell structure are relatively single at present,so it is necessary to study the impact resistance of reticulated shell with different materials.In addition,the current research on the impact of reticulated shells mainly adopts the method of numerical simulation,supplemented by experiments,and the accuracy of numerical simulation depends on the reasonable selection of dynamic constitutive models.Therefore,this article set up kay Witt spherical reticulated shell structure numerical analysis model,this paper discusses the dynamic constitutive model of reticulated shell shock numerical simulation,the influence of net shell shock numerical simulation is given to choose the dynamic constitutive model proposal,on the basis of comparative analysis of different material dynamic response of reticulated shell shock study material for kay Witt the influence of the dynamic response of spherical reticulated shell shock The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Numerical analysis of impact resistance of reticulated shell structuresReticulated shell shock were summarized in this material model,the comparison to determine the unit types used in the numerical analysis,contact algorithm and the contact type,based on the Rhino kay Witt spherical reticulated shell parametric model is established,on the basis of using ABAQUS finite element analysis software was established considering type purlin roof system of K8 reticulated shell numerical analysis model,Finally,the proposed numerical analysis method is used to simulate the impact test of reticulated shell,and the correctness of the method is verified.(2)Influence of dynamic constitutive model on numerical simulation of impact resistance of Kewitt spherical reticulated shellThe impact failure mode distributions of K8 reticled shells using cowper-Symonds(C-S),Johnson-Cook(J-C),johnson-Cook(MJ-C)with modified temperature term,and Johnson-Cook(MXJ-C)with modified strain term and temperature term were compared.The influence of different constitutive models on the numerical simulation of reticulated shell impact resistance and the reasons are analyzed with typical numerical examples,and the selection of dynamic constitutive models for numerical simulation of reticulated shell impact resistance is discussed.(3)Comparative analysis of impact dynamic response of different materials of Kewitt spherical reticulated shellThrough large-scale parameter analysis,the impact failure mode distribution of reticulated shell with structural steel Q235 B,Q355B,Q460 D and aluminum alloy6061-T6 was obtained.The change law of impact failure mode of reticulated shell with steel grade change was summarized.The impact resistance performance of reticulated shell with Q235 B steel and aluminum alloy 6061-T6 was compared and analyzed.The influence of material properties on the impact dynamic response of reticulated shells is revealed by combining with typical numerical examples.
