As the core of the main feed-water system of nuclear power station,the main feed pump motor has the characteristics of high efficiency and high power density,the high power density of motor is often accompanied by the problems of large vibration and high temperature rise,this thesis focuses on this kind of problem,the main contents are as follows:First of all,aiming at the problem of electromagnetic vibration caused by high power density of motor,a 11.5MW main feed-water pump motor in nuclear power station is taken as the research object,the reasons for electromagnetic vibration of motor are analyzed,the measures of restraining electromagnetic vibration are discussed.According to the influences of different slot combination on electromagnetic vibration,four slot combination schemes are proposed,the orders of radial electromagnetic force under four schemes are deduced by analytic method.Based on the finite element method,the waveforms of radial electromagnetic force under four schemes are obtained,and the harmonic analysis is carried out respectively,the amplitude and distribution law of radial electromagnetic force under different harmonic orders are obtained.Through the study of the radial electromagnetic force by the analytic method and the finite element method,a slot combination scheme with the least influence on the electromagnetic vibration of the motor is obtained.Secondly,in order to further improve the power density of the motor,an electromagnetic design software for the main feed-water pump motor in nuclear power station is developed by using VB,the software is used to optimize the stator outer diameter,the core length and the sectional area of each conductor of the motor,a best optimization scheme is obtained,the working characteristic curves of the optimized motor under different load rates are output through the software to find out the optimal operation state of the motor.Then the finite element analysis is carried out of the motor before and after optimization by using Maxwell,the magnetic density cloud map and loss curve are obtained,and the results are compared with the software calculated value,the correctness of software development is verified.Finally,aiming at the heating problem caused by the increase of motor power density after optimization,according to the basic theory of fluid heat coupling,the calculation model of three-dimensional steady-state temperature field of the optimized motor is established.The Fluent is used for simulating and calculating,comparing and analyzing the temperature rise distribution law of each part of the motor under different paths,the results show that the temperature rise of each part of the optimized motor is within a reasonable range,it can be operated for a long time.Then the prototype experiment of the optimized motor is carried out,by comparing the experimental value with the software calculated value and the field calculated value,the rationality of the optimized motor is proved,and the correctness of the software development is verified again,the thesis provides a reference for the design and research of the same type of motor,and has certain engineering practical significance.
