| Noise is a common problem in daily life.It will not only affect work and learning efficiency,but also endanger health.Because it can effectively reduce noise and provide a quiet environment,the market demand for silent cabin continues to rise and is widely used.However,there are some problems,such as poor user experience,single function and unable to meet user needs.Based on the existing products,by combing the concepts and levels of user experience,following the principles and processes of user experience design,this topic fully excavates the physiological,psychological,emotional and interactive needs of users,and carries out the design and research of silent learning cabin.Using STP theory,subdivide the use place and purpose of the silent cabin,and locate the target population of the silent learning cabin.Through questionnaire survey and interview,obtain the demand characteristics,favorite preferences and use habits of target users.Kano model is used to classify requirements and determine the priority of user requirements.Based on the survey and interview results,draw the user role model,restore the face of the target user,and list the user characteristics.Through the analysis of requirements and technical principles,it is determined that the design practice of silent learning cabin is carried out from three parts: internal functional system,human-computer interaction and appearance modeling.In terms of internal function system,the adjustable design of internal table and seat is carried out to meet the size requirements of different people and improve the comfort of use;Build the internal intelligent system to realize the control of internal functions by the interactive screen.The fresh air circulation system is designed to realize internal gas exchange.In terms of human-computer interaction,ergonomics is used to analyze the human-computer size data of the silent learning cabin,coordinate the man-machine environment system,and optimize the comfort and safety problems.Design the interaction mode and interface of door lock,external status display screen and internal screen to meet the intelligent requirements;Using the five elements of user experience,the silent learning cabin app is designed to facilitate users to use the silent cabin products more efficiently and improve their satisfaction.In terms of appearance modeling,based on CMF design method,the silent learning cabin is endowed with richer visual effects and increased users’ emotional experience.Through the seven dimensions of honeycomb model,the user experience design of silent learning module products is evaluated,and the evaluation results are satisfactory.The purpose of applying user experience to the design of silent learning module is achieved,the user experience level is improved,and the design goal is completed. |
