| Through continuous research and innovation of China’s high-speed railway,the development of high-speed railway plays a vital role in my country’s sustainable economic development and the improvement of people’s happiness.After years of development,high-speed trains have made great progress and improvement in all aspects,but the risk of fire has not been significantly reduced.Up to now,fire is still one of the hidden dangers that threaten the safety of high-speed trains.High-precision detection and alarm systems and efficient fire-extinguishing systems have become the necessities of trains.The optimization of detection and alarm system and the installation of fire-extinguishing system are urgent problems to be solved.This paper takes the Tp2-2 carriage with the largest number of passengers on the CRH380 D high-speed train as an example.After studying a lot of literature and field research,Research on the optimization scheme of high-speed train fire detection and alarm system and the design and verification of fire extinguishing system.The main conclusions are as follows :(1)Analysis of the current fire detection and alarm system,it is found that the inhalation smoke detectors and smoke temperature composite detectors currently used in trains are the most advanced detection devices in terms of accuracy and sensitivity.There is room for optimization.On this basis,this paper adds carbon monoxide fire detectors as an optimization scheme on the basis of the existing detection and alarm system,so as to fill some vacancies in the dimension of the existing detection system.(2)Through simulation,it is found that the concentration of carbon monoxide generated in the smoldering stage of some electrical fires is generated earlier than that of solid smoke particles,and the degree of change is more obvious in the early stage.At the same time,the simulation results verify that the carbon monoxide fire detector can detect the occurrence of some fires 15s-20 s in advance.(3)Under the multiple constraints of the high-speed train fire-extinguishing system,two fire-extinguishing systems with the highest degree of coupling with the train were selected from the existing fire-extinguishing systems,namely the ultra-fine dry powder fire-extinguishing system and the high-pressure water mist fire-extinguishing system.According to the design specifications and the actual vehicle conditions,the application of the two fire extinguishing systems on the train is designed to make the high-pressure water mist fire extinguishing system lighter by 5000 kg and reduce the impact of the ultra-fine dry powder fire extinguishing system on the visual field by about 50%.,reducing the impact of the defect of the fire extinguishing system itself on the train and passengers.(4)The fire-extinguishing performance of the two fire-extinguishing systems is preliminarily tested through simulation and small-scale experiments.The simulation and experimental results show that the fire extinguishing speed difference between the two is only 0.2s under small-scale fires,but for larger-scale fires,the ultrafine dry powder fire extinguishing system is 30s-40 s faster in extinguishing speed.According to the design data and simulation experiment results,the most suitable for high-speed trains is the fully submerged pressure storage type superfine dry powder fire extinguishing system without pipe network. |
