With the rapid development and application of aviation science and technology in the field of aircraft,the mounting area of airborne equipment has been extended to the whole fuselage surface.The expansion of mounting area put forward higher technical requirements for mounting equipment.The existing mounting equipment used in the wing area of an aircraft is not suitable for the front and middle sections of the belly and the areas where the engine is close to both sides of the wing.Therefore,the research and development of a new type of mounting equipment,especially the six-degree-of-freedom attitude adjustment mechanism suitable for airplane enclosed area,is of great significance for the development of mounting vehicle and aircraft mounting technology.This thesis studies the design and development of a new six-degree-of-freedom attitude-adjusting mechanism for a trailer.The design of the mechanism is suitable for the mounting of airborne equipment under the condition of height restriction such as wing and belly of an aircraft.The design of the independent linkage mechanism ensures the need of up-down,forward-backward pitch,left-right movement,yaw and roll attitude-adjusting.It has the characteristics of wide range of pose adjustment,stable process and short time.This paper mainly focuses on the following three directions:the introduction of the design scheme and the analysis of the motion curve,the structural design of the parts and the calculation of the parameters of the hydraulic accessories.The main contents are as follows:1.Analyzing the physical characteristics of airborne equipment and the limitation conditions of the hanging environment of the aircraft belly,defining the technical index of the development of the attitude adjustment mechanism,putting forward the idea of decomposing the design of the attitude adjustment mechanism,putting forward the design scheme of the connecting rod attitude adjustment mechanism based on the design and research of the traditional attitude adjustment mechanism,and carrying out the feasibility simulation of the attitude adjustment movement.2.According to the design scheme of the posture adjusting mechanism,the degrees of freedom of each posture adjusting mechanism are analyzed,and the posture adjusting motion video display is made.Aiming at each degree of freedom branch,the motion equation of each degree of freedom attitude adjustment is obtained by analytical method.The size of the main motion mechanism is determined according to the actual need of mounting.The motion curve and the first-order curve of each degree of freedom attitude adjustment are drawn by using MATLAB software.3.According to the design scheme of the adjusting mechanism of the trailer,combining with the shape characteristics of the structure of the trailer,the specific structure of the moving mechanism is designed and the design concept is analyzed.Combined with the adjusting technical index,the relevant parameters of the main hydraulic accessories in the hydraulic control are analyzed and determined,and the hydraulic schematic diagram is given.
