Crack is one of the common disease in asphalt pavement,Traditional crack treatment technique of asphalt pavement is mainly caulking and anti-crack sticking,which has poor effect and can not completely cure the crack problem.Therefore,It is of great practical significance to study the technology and process of asphalt pavement crack treatment materials for asphalt pavement maintenance engineering.This paper is based on an asphalt pavement entity project of an expressway in Hunan Province.Based on the investigation of typical diseased sections of asphalt pavement,the basic performance of asphalt surface repair materials under different polyurethane dosage and the semi-rigid base repair materials with different moisture contents are studied.Research on performance of asphalt concrete composite system combined with asphalt surface repair material and semi-rigid base repair material,evaluate the compatibility and repair effect of repair materials and asphalt mixture;through the study of traditional asphalt pavement crack repair construction technology,combined with the performance of new repair materials,put forward a set of better asphalt pavement crack repair construction technology.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Polyurethane with different contents(10%,20%,30%,40%,50%)was added into epoxy acrylate to prepare the composite,and investigate the repair of asphalt surface with different polyurethane content The influence of materials on the aging resistance,compression performance,tensile performance and volume shrinkage rate of the mortar,etc.,through the adjustment of different water content(0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1.0%)Polyether polyol was used to prepare semi-rigid base repair materials,and the influence of semi-rigid base repair materials with different water content on the viscosity and swelling of the mortar was investigated.The research results show that when the polyurethane content is about 30%,the performance indicators of the asphalt surface repair material are comprehensively best.The semi-rigid base repair material selects 0.6%of the water content to react,and the semi-rigid base crack repair material The performance is better.(2)Through the low-temperature splitting test,water immersion Marshall test,and low-temperature bending test,compare the performance indicators of the original test piece and the asphalt surface repair material and asphalt mixture combination system with different polyurethane content,and compare the semi-rigid base repair material combination The system conducts performance tests such as unconfined compressive strength and split tensile strength to evaluate the mechanical compatibility of the repair material and the asphalt mixture.The research results show that when the polyurethane content is between 30%and 40%,the asphalt surface repair material and the asphalt mixture can be effectively combined and have good deformation coordination.After cracks are repaired,the semi-rigid base has higher resistance Compressive strength and tensile strength,the repair effect is good.(3)A set of reasonable and efficient crack welding construction technology is proposed based on the solid engineering combined with the performance research of repair materials.After the completion of the construction,the core sample taken from the pavement and the original pavement core sample are tested for compressive and tensile strength.The results show that the pavement repair effect is good after crack welding construction.
