Civil aviation transportation is an important part of our country’s transportation system.It plays an important role in medium and long-distance passenger transportation.Air travel is gradually becoming one of people’s main travel modes due to its efficiency,speed,comfort and safety.However,the current form of airport passenger transportation is single and the overall development is lagging behind.Therefore,how to build a convenient,fast,efficient and lowcarbon airport passenger transportation system has become an urgent problem in airport transportation.This thesis combines the current "Internet+Bigdata+Sharing" smart transportation development trend,proposes an airport flexible line connection mode and conducts research on the route optimization of airport flexible line feeder buses under the timevarying road network.This thesis provides a reference for further improving the airport passenger transport connection system.First of all,this thesis analyzes the characteristics of airport passenger flow and the existing airport passenger connection mode.On this basis,this thesis proposes an airport flexible line connection service mode and analyzes its key parameters,system composition and operating procedures in depth.This laid a theoretical foundation for the construction of the model.Secondly,in order to characterize the uncertainty of the impedance in the actual road network,a time-varying road network function is proposed.This thesis splits the entire connection process into two one-way vehicle routing problems of the outbound journey and the return journey.This thesis constructs a route optimization model for the airport flexible line feeder bus with the optimization goal of maximizing the overall revenue of the operation system.Third,based on the characteristics of this model being a mixed integer programming problem,this thesis chooses Benders decomposition algorithm to solve the model,and decomposes the model into a main model and sub-models.The algorithm uses the method of fixing the main model first and then solving the sub-models to iteratively find the optimal solution.Finally,this thesis conducts simulation experiments in the virtual environment of airport passenger transport connections and uses the constructed optimization model to formulate airport flexible line feeder bus route plans.After that,this thesis uses multi-dimensional analysis to evaluate the operation effect of the plan.The analysis results show that the route optimization model can well meet the travel needs of passengers and significantly improve user satisfaction.The research results of this thesis can effectively meet the time-sensitive requirements of passengers during air travel,realize the efficient integration and reasonable allocation of resources,and also expand the airport passenger transport connection service model.
