This paper is in the loader industry facing industrial upgrading,product intelligence,manufacturing intelligence,model design(MBD)-based embedded system development methods in the mobile engineering equipment control system development field application in the background.The aim of this paper is to establish the simulation model of the loader working device and the electro-hydraulic control system as the simulation experimental verification platform for various intelligent control algorithms for the loader working device.In chapter 1,the following aspects are summarized in the introduction:firstly,the research background and significance of the subject are explained;secondly,the research status of the working device of the loader,the development status of the electro-hydraulic control system of the working device,and the simulation research status of the working device and the electro-hydraulic control system are analyzed.In chapter 2,the principle of the loader and the principle of the electro-hydraulic control system are analyzed.When analyzing the mechanical system of the loader working device,the structure is decomposed,and the motion state of the working device mechanism can be solved accurately by calculating the degree of freedom of the mechanism and the number of the driving parts of the system.The principle of electro-hydraulic control system composed of load-sensitive pump and closed-center load-sensitive multi-way valve is described in detail.Chapter 3,for the system simulation modeling section,for the key part of the paper.First,the dynamic simulation model of the working device is constructed in Matlab environment;secondly,the key hydraulic components such as load sensitive pump,load sensitive valve,electric proportional pressure reducing valve and hydraulic cylinder are modeled in Amesim environment;thirdly,the model of electro-hydraulic control system based on load sensitive technology is constructed according to the principle of electro-hydraulic control system;finally,the joint simulation model of loader working device and electro-hydraulic control system based on Matlab and Amesim environment is realized.Chapter 4,for the test validation section,is an important validation section of the paper.Firstly,a data acquisition system for testing the loader working device and its electro-hydraulic control system is built.Secondly,in Matlab environment,the data of actual testing parameters,theoretical simulation parameters,the key technical parameters of the loader working device and its electrohydraulic control system are compared and analyzed.Finally,it is proved that the method provided in this paper can be used to construct the simulation model of embedded intelligent verification algorithm for loader working device based on model design(MBD),that is,the simulation model of loader working device and electro-hydraulic control system.Chapter 5,first of all,the full text of the research results are summarized,and then the later research work is prospected.
