| "Hydraulic transmission" is an basic course for electromechanical majors.The course is very practical,and only teaching by combining theory and experiment can achieve good teaching results.With the development,the traditional teaching experimental platform can not meet the experiment.For this,this paper proposes a multi-functional hydraulic comprehensive experimental platform.First,this paper analyzes the composition,characteristics,research status,the development trend.Then,points out the shortcomings of traditional hydraulic experimental platform.Combined with the development requirements of modern teaching and industry,point the necessity to design of hydraulic experimental platform.Laid a reliable theoretical foundation for the design of multifunctional hydraulic experimental platform.Then introduced the hydraulic experimental platform.Designed the structure.In order to determine the design scheme of the software and hardware,analyzed the basic principle,overall function,hardware function and software function of the experimental platform.According to the hardware design scheme,choose the components.The servo control system is introduced when the control element is selected to control the position accuracy of the actuator.In allusion to the problem that conventional PID control can not achieve the ideal control precision and can not meet the real-time requirements of the system,proposed to control the system.Build a model and design a adaptive fuzzy PID controller.Using Matlab visual simulation tool Simulink simulation analysis of servo control hydraulic circuit.According to the software function,designed the software of hydraulic control system and determined the software platform.The experimental platform control adopts PLC programming tool software GX Works to design the hydraulic program,and through the transmission line downloaded to PLC to control the hydraulic system.At the same time,the adaptive fuzzy PID control is applied to PLC,servo valve control as the control object,to achieve the control of the hydraulic cylinder.LabVIEW by PLC acquire signals,then using the virtual instrument to display the pressure and flow of the hydraulic system and other parameter.Then control the PLC program.Finally,take the sequential action of two cylinders as an example.Set up the hydraulic circuit,and write the program.After simulating operation and monitoring,it is downloaded to PLC for on-line debugging and data acquisition and display.In this paper,the common experiments in teaching are tested in detail by using the experimental platform.The results show that this paper the effect reaches a predetermined level,multi-function hydraulic test bench can meet the demand of teaching,improve the teaching effect,have higher practicability. |
