Abstract/Summary:
Product defect quality detection is an important link in the manufacturing industry.With the development of computer technology and the emergence of machine vision detection,the problems of manual detection such as low detection accuracy,poor quality consistency,low detection efficiency,high labor cost,low level of intelligence and automation are solved.However,the flexibility of existing visual detection equipment is insufficient,and the visual detection schemes of parts with different shapes and sizes are different.Once the detected parts,defect types and detection scenarios change,it is necessary to redesign the detection scheme,and the cost is greatly improved.Therefore,the main task of this paper is to design and develop a flexible measurement and control system for intelligent visual cloud disk machine,which can be applied to different parts defect detection in different scenarios.This topic is based on the cooperation project with a science and technology company in Anhui," Research on key technologies and industrialization of intelligent,efficient and high-precision flexible visual detection equipment ".Firstly,the overall characteristics and performance requirements of the intelligent visual flexible measurement and control system are introduced.Through the theoretical analysis of the design requirements of the measurement and control system,based on the theory of flexible measurement and control technology and combined with the theory of intelligent control technology,the software and hardware design schemes of the measurement and control system are formulated.By designing the flexible detection function of the detection software of the upper computer,writing the image processing algorithm and designing the open hardware of the lower computer,the equipment has the flexible visual detection function.According to the performance index of the system,the hardware of servo motor,servo driver,high-speed glass cloud disk machine,light sensor,feeding vibration disk and unloading blowing system are selected.The image acquisition system composed of two CCD industrial cameras and light source is flexible designed.The PLC of Mitsubishi FU5 is used as the controller.The program of multi-camera trigger control,servo motor control,hardware positioning,automatic detection operation,workpiece marking positioning and data recording and transmission of decision results are designed,which are compatible with the hardware flexibility function.The automatic control function of the lower computer of the system is realized.The program design of the software part of the measurement and control system uses Visual Studio,Qt and OpenCV as IDE integrated development environment.The whole software is layered and the functions are modularized.The flexible design of the detection software is mainly studied.Based on the theory of software business process extraction and reorganization,the detection process scheme formulation and automatic operation detection function are innovatively designed.Through the secondary development of OpenCV algorithm,multiple detection projects are encapsulated for different defects,and the flexible detection function of the software is realized.Compared with the special visual inspection system,as a kind of flexible equipment,the system can complete the detection of various parts defects through a set of hardware and software systems,which realizes the flexible demand of visual inspection of parts,greatly reduces the cost of detection and improves the efficiency of detection,and has great engineering application value.Figure 76 Table 10 Reference 84...
