The stealth problem of aircraft has always been concerned.In recent years,the Frequency Selective Surface(FSS)radome with filtering characteristics can be obtained by combining the FSS with the radome.To meet the application scenarios,its structure is usually designed as a curved surface.From the point of view of curved FSS radome modeling,it is easy to build the deployable curved FSS radome,but it is difficult to build the non-developable curved FSS radome because of its diverse structure and complex expression.The Method of Moments(Mo M)with higher-order basis functions can not only ensure the accuracy of calculation,but also reduce the requirement of unknowns,which is very suitable for the analysis of FSS radome with fine structure.However,the quadrilateral mesh required by the Higher-Order Method of Moments(HOMo M)makes the modeling of FSS radome with nondevelopable surfaces more difficult.In this thesis,firstly,the research background of FSS radome is investigated,and then the characteristics and advantages of Mo M after the introduction of high-order basis functions are introduced.Then the coordinate transformation and projection methods that must be used in modeling are introduced.Finally,the development status and application of parallel HOMo M are introduced.Aiming at the application of FSS radome in practical engineering,this thesis proposes a surface FSS radome modeling method suitable for HOMo M,and analyzes the electromagnetic characteristics of the surface FSS radome modeling results.The main research work can be divided into two parts.The first part: First,the finite FSS array is modeled on the plane.Secondly,FSS arrays on deployable surfaces such as cylindrical and conical surfaces are established.Finally,the FSS array model of non-developable surface is established.The modeling of non-developable surface FSS array is mainly divided into four modules : model segmentation and discrete processing,FSS array projection,boundary processing and surface splicing.The modeling methods are all models suitable for analysis and calculation of HOMo M.The second part: The simulation analysis of FSS unit is carried out.The scattering and radiation characteristics of planar finite FSS array and conical,symmetric and asymmetric curved FSS radomes are analyzed by HOMo M.The analysis results show that the model established by the modeling method can be used to analyze the FSS radome,and the scattering effect of the FSS radome is good.When analyzing the radiation characteristics of the FSS radome,the overall analysis is carried out by combining the antenna array and the dielectric radome,and the results are also in good agreement.The correctness of the modeling method is proved by several examples.
