Research On Schedule And Control Of ST Studio High-definition Video System Construction

Based on the derivation and development of modern media technology and the influence of the three-network integration scheme,the future development trend of television will be based on high definition,the development of new media is in full swing,and the television industry has ushered in unprecedented challenges.The State Administration of Radio,Film and Television requires all province television stations to achieve high definition by the end of 2020,further improve the quality of the program,and present a more shocking audiovisual experience for the audience.Under this background,S province television station decided to carry out the high definition transformation to the station’s existing Standard definition studios.ST Studio is responsible for the two most famous local news programms in Shaanxi "City Express","City hotline" daily live broadcast task,so it is the focus of this high-definition transformation project.In order to meet the increasing demands of the audience on the level of program production in the context of new media,we have decided not only to complete the transformation of traditional basic form of HD studio,but also to add new media technology to the traditional structure of radio and television,increase the interaction with the audience,increase the adhesion with the audience,make the program more exciting,and then increase the social influence of S TV station.In the research,this paper first analyzes the specific situation of the construction project of the high-definition video system of ST studio of S Province TV station,and based on it,compiles the overall schedule of the construction project of the high-definition video system of ST studio of S Province TV station.By dividing the construction project of high definition video system of S Province TV station’s ST studio,the work structure decomposition(WBS)is obtained,and then the sequence of the subdivided tasks is determined,and the time required to complete each work is estimated.Finally,the progress plan of the construction project of high definition video system of s Provincial TV station’s ST studio is made by using network planning technology At the same time,the technology is used to optimize the prepared schedule,put forward feasible optimization scheme,and finally ensure the completion of the project on schedule.Project schedule control has an important impact on the effective implementation of the project schedule.In order to ensure the orderly progress of the project schedule according to the expected objectives,it is necessary to take reasonable control measures for the project schedule in the process of project implementation.In this paper,combined with the theory and practical experience of related projects,combined with the overall schedule,the schedule control benchmark and adjustment scheme of the construction project of highdefinition video system of ST studio of S Province TV station are formulated.Through dynamic monitoring,daily monitoring and regular monitoring are adopted to understand the actual progress of the project.Through comparative analysis of the deviation between the actual progress of the project and the planned progress,the reasons for the deviation are analyzed,and then appropriate solutions are taken to complete the project schedule So as to ensure the smooth progress of the project schedule,and ensure that the construction project of high-definition video system of ST studio of S Province TV station can be completed within the time specified by The State Administration of Radio,Film and Television.
