Motors can be seen everywhere in our daily life and industrial manufacturing.It is because of the wide application of motor,greatly improve people’s living standard and industrial production capacity.As the main body of energy consumption,the efficiency of asynchronous motors is relatively low.Therefore,how to improve the performance of asynchronous motors has become a research hotspot in the optimal design of asynchronous motors.This paper takes the research of intelligent algorithms(such as simulated annealing algorithm)as the object.In the optimization process,In view of the unique genetic operation peculiarities of genetic algorithm,and the disadvantages of simulated annealing algorithm,the two algorithms are combined,and the cross、mutation operation of genetic algorithm is integrated into the simulated annealing algorithm,then forming a new intelligent algorithm,hybrid simulated annealing genetic algorithm is building.The main research of this article is divided into the following four parts:1.This paper research the basic theory and characteristics of the basic algorithm in the optimization design,constructs the hybrid simulated annealing algorithm on this basis,and programs the hybrid simulated annealing genetic algorithm to realize the optimal design of asynchronous motor.2.The equivalent circuit of asynchronous motor is established,the basic theory and construction of asynchronous motor are studied at length,then the model machine of three-phase asynchronous motor is simulated by finite element simulation software,the simulation model is optimized,and the hybrid simulated annealing algorithm is used in this model.3.The in-depth study of multi-objectives has basically established the multi-objective optimization mathematical design model of three-phase AC asynchronous motors,and studied the comprehensive optimization of optimization accuracy variables,objective accuracy functions and optimization constraints.4.Based on the motor-cad simulation modeling of the experimental prototype,the electromagnetic calculation program of the three-phase asynchronous motor is compiled,combined with the hybrid simulated annealing genetic algorithm,The optimized design of the model machine was carried out,and the analysis results were obtained.The analysis results were simulated by motor-cad again and solved by running.The analysis results were compared with the simulation model,to prove the rationalization of the hybrid simulated annealing algorithm in the optimal design of three-phase asynchronous motor.
