Super-capacitors are playing an increasingly important role in the field of energy storage devices due to their unique electrical properties.The substantial increases in energy density are the core of their translation to the new energy storage devices.But at present,most of the super-capacitors have the limitation of working voltage bottleneck due to their liquid electrolytes.In this paper,the solid electrolytes are used to improve the working voltage of our super-capacitors,and the graphene electrodes are used to improve the specific capacitance of super-capacitors.Preparing graphene electrodes,aluminum collectors,solid electrolyte powders and films with different preparation processes,then their properties were tested by our corresponding instruments.Finally,supercapacitors containing graphene electrodes,aluminum collectors and solid electrolytes were prepared.These super-capacitors have very good performances.To be specific,our research work had been carried out in the following aspects:(1)Graphene was prepared by Hummers oxidation reduction method and characterized by SEM,BET,XRD and four probe resistance test.(2)β"-Al2O3 was prepared by high temperature solid-state reaction method and high energy ball milling method,and characterized by SEM,BET and XRD.(3)The film coating process of silk screen printing was used to evenly paste the active materials on the ceramic substrates to get Al/β"-Al2O3/Al,Al/(β"-Al2O3+BaTiO3)/Al and super-capacitors Al/C/(β"-Al2O3+BaTiO3)/C/Al,and their electrochemical performances and EIS were tested.(4)We come to the conclusion that the introduction of graphene electrodes increase the effective storage position of the fast-ion conductors at the interface of the electric double layers,and greatly reduce the contact resistance in the all-solid-state super-capacitors.The specific capacity and energy density increase near 50%,power density increases 36.5%.The super-capacitors that use β"-Al2O3 prepared by high temperature solid-state reaction method as electrolyte have better specific capacitances.
