The noise generated by the power transformer during operation, especially the uninterrupted low-frequency noise that is difficult to remove, seriously affects the normal production and life of surrounding units and residents.Although transformer active noise control technology has achieved certain results in solving the problem of low-frequency noise in power transformers, the amount of noise reduction often cannot meet the actual needs of production and life. Therefore, the study of more effective transformer active noise reduction methods and technologies has important theoretical significance and practical applications. The specific content of this article is as follows:1.Explore the mechanism of transformer noise sources and analyze the characteristics of noise signals.According to the principle of active noise reduction, the deployment of secondary sound sources is studied,in order to achieve the best noise reduction effect of the global sound field.2.Research the commonly used active noise reduction technology and time delay estimation algorithm, and analyze the performance characteristics of the time delay estimation algorithm based on correlation method and adaptive filter.3.Focus on the active noise control algorithm based on time delay estimation of primary channel. It is proposed to introduce the main channel delay estimation into the Fx LMS algorithm framework, analyze and summarize the performance of the algorithm, and verify that the improved algorithm has a better noise reduction effect than the commonly used algorithm in the transformer active noise reduction scenario.4.Carry out actual data modeling and simulation.By collecting the actual transformer noise signal, modeling according to the characteristics of the noise source, introducing an improved algorithm simulation into the model, and comparing and analyzing with the existing algorithm.Through theoretical analysis and simulation of the algorithm,it is concluded that the introduction of the primary channel delay estimation method can effectively improve the noise reduction effect in the transformer active noise control scenario, and at the same time improve the restoration of the original primary channel transfer function by the iterative convergence vector.
