| As an important auxiliary equipment in mining,factory smelting,tunnel construction and submarine ventilation,the reliability and stability of ventilators must be guaranteed.Therefore,the ventilator monitoring system which has the abilities of warning and real-time monitoring ventilator’s operation failure has been widely concerned,but most of the monitoring systems of ventilators in China still stay on site monitoring in the stage,there is still a great room for improvement in the types and accuracy of monitoring parameters,the overall cost of the system,power consumption and scalability.Therefore,this paper studies the monitoring method and system of fan operation state parameters.Firstly,aiming at the problems of high cost,high power consumption and poor scalability of traditional field monitoring equipment,this paper proposes a remote ventilator monitoring system architecture based on Internet of things technology and wireless sensor network technology,The advantages of the system are guaranteed at the structural level by using the features of wireless sensors’ simple arrangement,strong expansibility and IOT equipment’s low power consumption and miniaturization.Secondly,in view of a large number of existing systems only monitor some parameters of the ventilator temperature,vibration and air volume,the ultrasonic single pulse reflection thickness measurement method is proposed to monitor the corrosion of the ventilator,and one-dimensional steady-state heat conduction is used to monitor the internal temperature of the ventilator in operation.Besides,the scheme design and experimental verification of other types of ventilator fault monitoring are carried out by using vibration sensor and air volume sensor.Finally,according to the wireless monitoring scheme proposed in this paper,mesh network module is used to collect the sensing data,and 4G module is used to upload the data to the cloud server for data display and early warning.This paper shows the design of the monitoring scheme of ventilator state parameters,the production of the overall hardware and the architecture of the software,introduces the practical path of the monitoring system of ventilator operation parameters based on the Internet of things,and tests the accuracy of each module of the overall function of the system through independent and joint experiments,which verifies the effectiveness of the monitoring scheme and the system. |
